This store (in particular) a young African American young lady is extremely unprofessional, rude and lacking in customer... service. I am getting refused service nearly every time I enter there store. I have entered somedays where the one employee would tell me... she would not be making anything for at least two hours, and most recently have come in (during lunch hours) asking for a simplelunch combo, when i asked she said she would not sell them that day even despite their warmers being generously filled with thatvery combo. If you want to experience good service at any of their stores, then find somewhere else. The one in White House hasalways treated me well. Read more

Went there today pizza wasn't cut asked them if they can please cut it since I don't own a pizza cutter. This is what I got????

2022 update. I ordered a hot and ready sausage. The guy said there weren?t any ready and it would be 10 min. Totally fine. Then... the person after me ordered the same thing and was charged less than I was. Whatever, I went to my car and came back in a fewmin. The guy went back to help make the pizzas and a lady came out. She asked what I was waiting on and I told her. Then shepulled one out of the hot and ready bin while the guy was yelling at her that he was pulling my pizza out of the oven. I askedwhy I had waited 8 min for something pre made and she said she didn?t know and then ignored me. While this is an improvement,customer service is always awful. Thanks for reminding me why I don?t eat here. 2021The lady who took our order was wearing amask, but the man who made our pizzas was not. Three of the four of us got sick throwing up in the middle of the night. Can?thelp but wonder if the guy who made it had a virus and passed it to us. Read more

Normally, great service. Came home with 2 Large Pepperoni. 1 Stuffed Crust, and 1 regular crust. We opened the stuff crust... box. To see a beautiful fresh looking pepperoni pizza. I guess it looked so good. Because, not sure it is even sanitary. Howeverone slice was missing. We we're in disbelief on the professionalism of that action. I let my family know we will pay theextra. In the future just order from Long Hollow Pizza. Read more

This place has gotten a bit better. The service was great this time. But for hot, fresh pizza, you tell them you want it made... fresh. You will have to wait an extra 10 minutes, but it's much needed for fresh pizza. If you don't, most likely you will getold cold pizza. Read more
