Rode 30 mins out of my way. Only to find out the door was locked all the lights were on but lady said they are closed 3 hours... before the time that is posted then proceeded to turn all the lights out. Horrible management no wonder Quiznos are closing upleft and right. Should be able to give no stars Read more

So I'm extremely upset at this particular Quiznos. Not only did I come in this morning and no one ever came out to help me. But... I get off work expecting a better experience and I get to the door and their not even open. Google clearly advertises the hoursof operation closing at 8. Well I guess the people that has franchise ownership at this location decides when they want to openand close. It's a huge inconvenience for us to drive out here only to see that the store closed before they should've. I passedplenty of restaurants that were open. Please work on having more curiosity and respect to your customers. Read more

The lady was very nice, but had a very difficult time understanding each other and both of my orders were incorrect. The soups... displayed that were available were not available. Both the water spouts on the soda machine are soda water. The ladies restroomdoor lock is broken. Read more

I came here about a year ago and had wonderful customer service from the same man who I've also seen at the location in downtown... nashville. today i got the coupon for a free sub from tmobile. being a stay at home mom, I havent been able to go out to lunchin awhile but I wasnt too far away and Friday is my birthday so I figured why not, brought my baby inside to get lunch and gotin line. the lady then turned off the open sign (this was at 230 pm) then asked the customer in front of me if she was using thetmobile coupon. she said no. lady said good we arent taking anymore. I said oh you're not taking it and she said I guess I cantake one more, then turned back to the lady in front of me and said jeez people will do anything for free food. how incrediblyrude and unprofessional. I've worked in food service and yes it can get busier when free items come up. a lot of time thosepeople also purchase something. I didnt realize these free sandwiches came out of that lady's paycheck. I turned around andleft. will probably not come back. too bad we don't have a location closer to me. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had! Literally just walked out and couldn't leave a negative review fast enough! I walked in and... the two ladies in there were having a personal conversation the entire time I was placing my order. Once everything went throughthe toaster the employees starts wrapping up my sandwich and I had to ask her to stop that i was not finished also she did notask if I wanted anything else on it. Once I had the toppings on it she asked me what I had and if it was togo or here 4 or 5times before I got to the register. Once I got to the register it happened 3 more times. My sandwich looked like a car ran overit as it was just thrown into the tray. Lastly, the drink machine was out of order and the tea had been sitting there all dayand was disgusting. To eliminate further interaction with your employee I just took a bottle of soda from the cooler as shealready charged me for a fountain drink. Once i started eating she began to loudly flip chairs in the store to start to clean Isuppose and got way too close to my table and the chair I was sitting in and dropped the chair right next to my table and hardlyapologized. This is completely unacceptable and the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life at any of your stores. Iwill not be back again as you have lost a loyal customer. I love eating here but I?ve been waiting here a long time and it?s 5:32pm the note on the door says you guys are out catering?... Hire more help jeez that?s no way to run your business!!!!! This is a world known company, about like Subway hanging a note onthe door, sorry folks out catering be back in a bit. There?s other people, trying to get in too! You all are loosing so muchbusiness.
