I?m updating my review: Since writing management over certain issues, things have changed a lot. The staff has actually been... warm and welcoming and I?ve had little to no mistakes. I understand that they can be completely and utterly overwhelmed at timesbecause there?s too much traffic. They are right off the interstate and the only one in that type of location for miles. Ithink there?s more people staffed now and that probably makes it easier for them. So I?m changing my rating because managementseems to have stepped up. Read more

Great staff and perhaps the most architecturally unique Starbucks I have ever been in.

Drinks taste awful. Had to send back a simple americano because a shot of espresso was missing. Tasted like syrup and water.... Pretty sure they used sugar free syrup on both drinks ordered and no apology when asked for a remake. Person at window had nopersonality and seemed upset. Get it together Starbucks. Read more
