I went there this afternoon. I walked in the lady didn't greet me She was too busy working on the bread that could have waited.... Finally she asked me if I was ready to order I gave her my order Tell her what I wanted told her I didn't want a heated askedher for my sandwiches to be wrapped individually She have them puffed I thought she was going to blow my house down. I gave hermy coupon She told me I couldn't use my coupon and she put the coupon behind her head holding it back I asked for it back and Itold her fine You can keep the coupon and you can keep your food and I walked out of the store I will never go back there againvery rude lady very nasty place and they don't deserve my money. I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We... were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect atSubway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd. Read more

Went in to get dinner. Was going to the 2 footlongs for $10. They told us we had to order it online, however every other subway... allows you to just order it in the store without doing it online. So I order my two sandwiches online and tried to pay with mydebit card but their system kept errorying us out. They said there was nothing they could do and weren't very nice about it.. Atthe same time another family came in having the same issues it kept errorying their payment process out as well. Wasn't veryhappy now we're having to drive to another location where they are going to allow us to order in the store with no problems!! Read more

They are very rude. He didn't want me to use a coupon that was valid. I told him if I can't use the coupon I don't want the... sandwich he then looks me straight in my face and says you have to buy it. They are rude they lady that works looks confusedhalf the time. Just tried to order a foot long heated tuna sub. Nothing special. Neither of the two employees understood or spoke English... well.Got back to the car with a chilled 6-inch sandwich. We watched her put it in the microwave (after extended interactionabout what we wanted) so she must not have turned on the power? Oh well, some things aren't worth the hassle.
