Service my wife and I received from the employee by the name of diana was above and beyond. Came across as taking pride in her... job and very respectful and courteous. However!.!.! Another employee by the name of Amaya was highly disrespectful andcompletely ignored our needs as subway guest and paying customers. Completely refused to acknowledge myself or my wife. Alsocompletely refused to assist or aid any team member skills to her fellow employee. Instead of offering aid/help/ or team playerskills she skipped two people in front of us that arrived after. Both customers only purchasing 6 " subs while my wife and Iboth purchased 12" subs 6 cookies and chips. To Amaya... You really need to learn how to be a team player. How to be kind andcourteous. Also respectful and professional. Oh!!! Also. Learn how to stay off your phone when on the clock and not eating whilenot on break and PLEASE!!! Wash your hands. Thank you for your inconsiderate and rude treatment to paying customers. I ordered a sandwich with location 3680 Dickerson road they did not see my order till 24 yours later and then called me 48 hours... later said I had a pick up. I lost 12.50 that night and now I have tried this store people were great and it was clean but thesandwich sucked. nothing like iT would have been if I went in and ordered. Been here three times, everytime we've gotten attitude. Extremely rude staff. The last time I went the woman rolled her eyes at... me, the food wasn't fresh, and the sandwich was barely toasted when I requested it be toasted. It wasn't just me either, she wasgiving attitude to everyone in front of me too, and then she rung me up and ran to the back to get on her phone. Sorry fordisturbing you.
