I?ve been at this Waffle House on Conference Drive in Goodlettsville, Tn for about 25 minutes standing in a line with a few... people that have been here longer. There is 6 workers and they are walking by us like we are not even standing here. You can?tcall your order in because the phone is off the hook. The manager said out of his own mouth that dine in customers come first.People are coming through the door being seated and served food and we are still standing here. Wow! He also said that theywill try to get to us if not he is sorry. They ask us to move over to take the customers money that is paying. There is nothingthat he can do since dine in comes first. This is wrong on so many levels. I could understand if they were short staffed, butthey are not. Make that 35 minutes. Read more

Love this waffle house. The food is always good and the service is great too. My go to order, which is the best deal is the all... star breakfast. You get a waffle, eggs cooked your way, hashbrown or Grits, choice of meat, and choice of toast. I think theprice is around $11. Read more
I like the waitress name Golden! she is a six star ? she is so polite and got great communication skills. She polite ,Sweet,and... kind lady. You all try her out if you ever go ask for Golden! Get ur order right the first time. Yes it's based off the tips soI give her a $30 tip every time. She a great woman. she are worth the time in the effort.She keep a smile on me and my familyface every time we are dining in. No complaint I will be back. Read more
although we had low expectations, the food was decent. However the staff, two older women specifically, maybe even sisters,... were excessively rude and condescending. They seemed bothered we were there, annoyed by any inquiry on menu item preparation, and sad at counter while we ate with their backs to our table. The younger male, possibly the cook, brought our food over,checked on us, and brought the check over. He was polite and efficient. We hope the other two females there weren't intimidatinghim into doing their job.... hopefully he got to keep the tip. What a shame to see one person working, while the others just sataround. Far better than your average WH. Excellent staff, consistent food, great customers. Always something cool in the parking lot... vehicle wise. Edit: Came back for more. Fiesta Ommellette hash browns and raisin toast. Took a picture of my happy plate. Read more
Craving an omelet for dinner, I dipped in here. They took such great care with my order as I asked for grilled tomatoes and... crispy bacon. It came out so fast so perfect! They were all very polite and professional and actually listened to me,Phenomenal Service and dinner! Read more
