This place has an awesome vibe and amazing atmosphere. Pleasing aesthetic! Waitress was cute and friendly. Saying the food is... great even falls short of what it is. Had the brisket and loved it. A must try for anyone in the area or passing through. Read more

Update: moved to 3 stars from an original 1. For the first 6 months the service was ridiculously slow and the food was a joke. ... We've been really impressed with the last couple visits and hope that the upwards trend continues, as this is one of only a fewplaces to eat in town. Servers have been awesome too ???? Update 10/13/22: Moved rating up to 4 stars. The food has beenconsistently excellent about 90% of the time. (This is when their main cook is in - he's awesome) Upon a visit a couple weeksago there was an insane fly problem that I thought was in one corner of the restaurant, however, upon moving to another area faraway and speaking with the staff, it was confirmed that the flies were everywhere. We were told that it's due to having theside doors rolled up during the day, but I was skeptical due to the heavy percentage of fruit flies mixed in with the regularflies. Hopefully this as been remedied since then. Read more

You have to be kidding. All the booths had dirty tables so we sat down at one. The waitress came and asked for our beverage... order with menus. She returned with our drinks, silverware and napkins and set them on the dirty food covered table. Said shewould be back to clean up. Never returned so we had to go find someone else. Ordered Fish & Chips with Coleslaw and Black &Blue Burger with Onion Rings. The Fish and/or batter had zero seasoning, the fries were pre-packaged frozen deep fried, theCOLESLAW was served in a condiment (ketchup, etc) size container with no sauce or seasoning. It was just shredded cabbage. Seeattached photos The burger was okay, the onion rings were pre-packaged frozen. Read more

We have eaten here a few other times and thought it was pretty good but our last visit was not!!! The beer is way too expensive... and the brisket was like eating shoe leather, it was dry and had no flavor. We will not go back.???? Read more

Service was slow both times we visited, though the waitress was friendly and attentive. This visit there was almost no one in... the restaurant so a crowd not the reason. My Cobb salad was very good with excellent dressing. Hubby's burger was "ok." (Hethought the meat tasted old). Fries average. Onion rings the star of the meal, very good. A bit on the pricey side for what youget. We're unlikely to give this place a third try. Read more

We came to the The 411 Pub for my son?s 21st Birthday. The food was ok, but it was overpriced. It was busy and the service was... slow. It was incredibly loud in the restaurant. The experience may have been better on the patio. They didn?t offer any freedrinks to my son for his birthday. My brother and son were drinking whisky and my brother?s bill was $125. I think they hadtwo drams of whisky each. It was an expensive night for all three of us with separate bills. This place will not be on my listof places to go to eat. Read more

My fiance and I went here to eat for the first time for lunch on November 6th. I got the poutine and he got a 1/4lb burger. The... poutine was AMAZING!! Fries were perfect, gravy was perfect, and the cheese curds were perfect. Highly recommend! We went backfor dinner the next day (was a lazy weekend for cooking). I got the fish and chips (which were really good (wasn't a fan of thecoleslaw but that's just me), and my fiance got the Hawaiian Honey sandwich (the chicken was pounded thin and everything tastedreally good together). Then we went back a third time (yes, the third time in a week). Went back on November 11 for dinner. Igot the Chicken Bomb as a wrap (which I highly recommend getting. It's less bread to fill up on.) and I got fries and theirpoutine gravy on the side (I'm sorry, but their gravy is REALLY good). My fiance got the Haus Cheeseburger (1/2lb this time asit is easier to cook a burger to order if it's thicker. He got his medium rare and it was dripping with juices, which is a goodsign.). He also got fries and gravy. Hehe All three times we have gone, we have had good experiences. No issues with wait staff.Oh, I forgot to say that the second time we went we got Not Yo Nachos as an appetizer. We got them with no meat and they werestill good. When we went on Nov 11, we did get the fried calamari to try, but we sent it back as it was over cooked. They arestrips and not rings. We both agreed though that the breading was nice. We went with the spinach artichoke dip instead, whichwas quite good. It wasn't heavy on the cream cheese which a lot of places seem to do. So it felt lighter. We will definitely befrequenting The 411 Pub. ???? Read more
