Hello everyone who eats here! visited this establishment called: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store... I wanted to order a Latte... but their coffee machine broke down, why it broke down means that the manager does not follow the maintenance of this coffeemachine, you understand a simple thing if the machine is broken it means that the one who should watch out for maintenance notdoing its job! In my opinion, I think this manager should be fired! then they brought a strudel with a spoon, the spoon wasnot clean, then I wanted to order a strudel, but they said it couldn?t be done today! well, just if you want to have a goodrating and good tips, you need to provide good service! I am very disappointed in my carry-out order from this restaurant. I ordered the meatloaf with two sides. Well, I got one and a... quarter of a side. One of my sides was broccoli casserole. Apparently, the casserole comes with breadcrumbs on top. I would havebeen fine with that if the majority of the side was not breadcrumbs!! When I started to scrape the breadcrumbs off the top Isoon realized the majority of compartment was filled with crumbs and not broccoli casserole (see image). Cracker Barreltypically does a great job, however, whoever filled my order did me wrong and I don?t appreciate that. Read more

Food was okay, nothing to call home about. Biscuits were delicious and moist. The waitress brought out a basket of biscuits and... a single bowl of gravy for everyone to share. I did not feel comfortable with this at all. I asked of we can have separatebiscuits and gravy instead of the shared basket. She seemed bothered by my request and said she can bring me a plate. I'msurprised by her response. I ordered my own plate that came with biscuits and gravy. Read more

Very nice experience. I got a pancake for lunch and it was filling. I like their cute little bottles of syrup!

Great new breakfast menu. I love the store items when I visit. My favorite dress came from Cracker Barrel. They now serve... mimosas, beer, wine, and Jack Daniel's Lynchburg lemonade. Stuffed pancakes and French toast, a create your own selection andmore. Winner winner chicken dinner. Can't wait to see lunch menu. Food arrived, thick bacon is thin, biscuits and gravy, with ascant amount of gravy. Disappointed Pancakes wonderful and tender, ordered hasbrown casserole brought hasbrowns that had beencooked to death. Overall they corrected gravy and hasbrowns, and meal was still good. Read more

The best dine in hands down! First time visiting here and loved this place the food was amazing you just can't beat good old... southern food. Highly recommend the good ol Cracker barrel their biscuits are to die for and service was top notch. The store inentrance was so great too lots of cool gift ideas for the holidays. Pretty decent taste. The apples, bacon, and vanilla latte were delicious and the hash brown casserole was good. The gravy was... more chunky than expected but the taste was good. Grits were a bit tasteless. Still, we had great service and we went at a timewhere it wasn't too crowded to maintain social distancing. Read more
