Came at 10:22pm on October 5th Y?all location closes at 1, that what google says right? Came through drive thru order my tacos,... the guy on intercom say okay what else? I asked for fries we don?t have any. Get to the window the night manager talking abouttheir fryers aren?t working. So why Is my tacos were good to go if y?all fryers aren?t working? Literally the worst del taco I?ve ever been to. The manager on duty with the long pony tail was super rude and unprofessional.... She clearly hates her job. Tacos had 0 lettuce or cheese on them. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for hot sauce. Just anoverall terrible experience. Highly suggest going somewhere else. Read more
This used to be one of the better Del Tacos, now no one works there and it literally takes forever to get food. You need to... hire more people. Also my order has been wrong every time I have ever come here. For a restaurant chain that prides themselveson freshness and quality, this place misses the mark. Read more
They were out of chicken which was ok, I'm flexible. Out of half the drinks too. Which kinda sucked. Employees were great, but... the food I got was sub par. Epic burrito tortilla was falling apart and cracking because it was rock hard, and the tacos I gothad hardly any meat in them. Will update review upon second visit Read more
This is by far, the best fast food chicken tacos out there. Del Taco has had me hooked on their chicken tacos for 15 years now... and I highly recommend you give them a shot when you're in too much of a hurry to sit down for authentic Mexican. Talk about a star employee!! We came to this location traveling through on our way to Nevada.. and my gosh!! From the minute we... walked in to the minute we left, we had beyond an amazing experience. Brandon was so awesome. He was so helpful and was holdingdoors open for customers coming in and out, he was greeting everyone, he was on top of everything, apologizing for hold times,and was very considerate of the whole room. There wasn?t a moment of time where he wasn?t doing something in regards to hiswork.. It was either assisting customers or cleaning the dining room. Owner must have removed my comment about waiting for over an hour in the drive through to receive the wrong order, complete with... watery guacamole and tacos so butchered that they all had paper stuck to the tortilla and poorly prepared toppings. I'll re addthe photos that were removed soon too since people would rather avoid people knowing how their store operates as opposed tofixing the quality of service provided by said store. Don't waste your time, or money. Not worth an hour or more for poorquality fast food. Read more
Del Taco in Glendale was horrible. Dirty dinning room and food was sub par. Service was not good either. One tiny slice of... tomato and almost no lettuce with a soggy bun. Worst burger in years from ANY restaurant. My son's taco was cracked. Go to DelTaco on Bell Road instead! Read more
