Even with long lines, and sometimes a missed placed order (iced when I order it hot) still faster then Starbucks. And happier... people, because they are young and can work for minimum wage. Read more

I always come here and lately they have been lacking in customer service etiquette and kindness. Firstly, I waited 15min for 2... drinks to only be handed one, which I had them remake because it had melted down by the time I received my 2nd. I had to wait 7MORE minutes for the remade drink. And by THEN, my 2nd was already halfway melted! I had to go to Estrella for them to remakeit, PROPERLY. I get there?s new people and they have to train but, why let the newbies drown in backed up traffic (to order/getdrinks)? No team work or leadership, and it shows. Read more
Moved to the west side of Phoenix after college and this is by FARRR my favorite Dutch in the area! The staff is so great and... nice, plus the drinks are ALWAYS made correctly and tasty. Even with long lines, I get my drink quickly. You guys are amazing!:) Read more
