This is probably the absolute SLOWEST Five Guys I've ever been to. There were 3 customers in the whole building and I still had... to wait 33 minutes for a single burger. If you want Five Guys, take a trip a couple miles down for better service. Read more
Love the food ???? Don't love the customer service... When we arrived all 3 girls were standing around.. Didn't smile or greet... us. The young lady who took our order her name on the receipt is Janet A. She never smiled. Her look on her face was like shewas very annoyed. We were never rude to her. We were very polite and nice. Seemed though the nicer we tried to be the ruder shebecame. This Janet A and here co-workers need to learn how to treat customers. Janet A and the other 2 girls all seem verybored. Again we love the food. But not your customer service. We will find a different location for 5 Guys and hopefully thecustomer service will be A LOT better. Loved it from the moment we walked in and recieved a genuine welcome. Our orders were taken by a guy who was so pleasant and... friendly. Then we sat and enjoyed some yummy salty peanuts while we waited. It wasn't an unrealistic time as they made our freshto order burgers. The place was very clean as were the restrooms. And as always there was great music playing. Seems like theyplay a lot of classic rock when we visit. Always like the music. And the burgers were absolutely delicious as were the giant(medium) order of fries that we split. Awwww the best fries too . Hot hot hot fresh out of the fryer. Perfect amount of salt onthem. Fries are awesome. Burger was just ok. I really expected a thick juicy patty for $10, but instead it's just two thin, dry,... slightly overcooked patties. Great assortment of toppings to choose from, tho. It wasn't bad so much as it was overpriced forwhat you get. Read more
Yall cant be serious. I waited 10 minutes past my order time and still had to prompt the worker that I was here still for my... food. They dont sell shakes anymore, even though its still on the menu, so you won't know that until you wait in the extremelylong lines just to find out that there's no shakes. Then i finally get my food, get all the way home , just to see that my twoorders of fries (Regular and little combined) were literally just a handful. I spent 10 dollars on a HANDFUL of fries? Got a Grilled cheese burger the patties were charcoal briquettes and then bun portion was not grilled it was just soak in melted... butter making it a soggy mess. The two other people I was with ordered the same thing and theirs were perfect. The wait was toolong for a simple hamburger 15+ They forgot my milkshake so I had to wait longer for that. And it cost 26 dollars per person. Read more
