AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This location is disgusting in hygiene and has a lack of general food service knowledge and it... has been this way for the past 3 years. We stopped going here until we were craving it one day and noticed new people working,hoping that made a difference. My boyfriend orders a cheesesteak with pepperoni and mushrooms. We get home to realize they putNO MEAT on the sandwich and gave him a pepperoni and mushroom sandwich. Is this a joke? He had to drive back and ask for it becorrected and the workers gave him an attitude. Recent incident number 2. I was craving a sandwich and since we have no othersandwich place down in Goodyear I went here. While making my sandwich, the woman working the front who is always there had thenerve to put the dirty brown rag she is using to clean the surfaces, with no surface cleaner by the way just a wet dirty ragsmearing dirt around, ON MY SANDWICH. Left it on there to try and ring me up at the register, went back, took it off andproceeded to put toppings on! I am mind blown and should report them. I had to ASK her to give me a new sandwich. At this pointI should have walked out, but I am too nice unfortunately. She does this, with an attitude. I get home and it still tastes likechemicals, I almost throw up. Safe to say this location has ruined Jersey Mike's for me entirely as it now triggers my gagreflexes. As a Jersey Native who lived 5 min from the original location in Point Pleasant, I am SEVERELY disappointed,disgusted and am slowly losing faith in humanity in the food service world. Placed an online order, was told they didn?t have white bread so they offered to make our order with wheat bread. We said yes,... waited in our car, watched other guests walk out with food only to get a phone call 10 minutes later that they HAD NO BREAD. Asandwich shop, with no bread?. Make it make sense. First time coming in, got the club Supreme. For the extremly high price I thought the reg was going to be huge, nope. I figured... this has to be super delicious given the price, I was wrong. Man this place was dirty every single table was filthy the table we sat at to wait for our food was do I dare to say the... cleanest table in this establishment there were flies everywhere. The counter where they were setting the bread after they cutit for an order had flies landing on it, we were definitely taken back by this we have never seen this jersey mikes in such adisarray. There is no excuse for this, they had four employees working and it wasn?t even busy!? What a shame. Read more
I deleted my last review since now I had a horrible experience. The "assistant manager corey" insitead that I was wrong and he... was right. I been coming here for the last 2 years and always ordered the same thing. Mikes Philly extra meat and extra cheese.Never once had a problem. This time I got this sub the same way with meat missing from half of the half of sub. He told me hedid put extra but clearly from picture he didn't. He kept arguing that everyone else from the past did it wrong. This customerservice I got from the assistant manager is horrible. Never again! Read more
We really like the Philly Cheese steak sandwich but on top of the extra $3 charge for gluten free bread they were going to give... me only a 12" bread when I paid for a giant! I asked if they could just go ahead and cut another one in half to make it the sameas a regular sandwich they said they couldn't do it. Read more
Jersey Mike's definitely in my top 5 go-to places for a sub. Especially when you get those veteran employees that been doing it... for a while! I haven't been back to a Subway since I discovered this place. Read more
