This is what $2 extra for quac gets you, I've ordered here several times and never get quac even tho I pay for it
I wish I would have done a quick google search before I ordered here. It?s raining today so I expected a slight delay Over an... hour later and I still don?t have 2 sandwich orders I placed my order at 6:44 at 7:14 I called to check my order. The young manwho answered the phone assured me the order was received and completed and that the driver was heading out now. I called againat 7:41 and my order is still sitting there. The same young man shared that the driver was out on another delivery but was onthe way. I asked what the next steps were. A manger then got on the phone to explain they only have one driver. I?munderstanding to a certain degree but at this point it?s over an hour and when I pointed this out and asked for a refund I wasinformed that was not an option. Extremely disappointed and feel a refund should be provided especially when it takes over anhour for a sandwich. I?m writing this and still have not received my order Read more
Staff is super friendly and professional. Restaurant was clean and sandwiches were as expected for the franchise. Some supply... chain issues with meats but that's not really their fault. Overall a good experience and worth the stop. Read more
Freaky fast? More like EXTREMELY SLOW. It took 1 hour for 2 sandwiches to be made. I could have handmade my own bread from... scratch and grown my own veggies quicker. Unorganized and lack proritizing. AVOID this place if you plan on eating same day. Read more
Started off with cash only. Their computers are down, everything was hand written. Wife's unwich had lettuce in the lettuce... wrap,never does, and was missing the avocado spread. My sandwich I told them everything, yes the hot peppers and onion. Goton the road , no hot peppers or onions! It took 20 minutes to get the sandwiches from the time we ordered. Freaky Slow! Read more
This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had trying to place an order. I was the only person in the store, but had to... repeat myself multiple times. Then in the middle of it, the guy behind the register ran off to answer the phone even thoughthere were at least 2 other people behind the counter not doing anything. So someone else tried to pick up where the first oneleft off, and they didn't repeat it back to me but gave me a total of $27 for 2 simple subs. I decided to give them the benefitof the doubt thinking there was no way they got something wrong with how many times I repeated myself. When I got the order Ichecked the receipt and realized I had been charged for the gargantuan sub, when I had ordered a plain slim with extra toppings.So I took it to the counter and apologized, and asked them to remake it, and was met with rudeness from a totally differentperson. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain why it was wrong and what I actually needed, and at one point hegot extra snarky with "do you want to watch me make the sandwich or what". So I started from the beginning again, said I justneeded a plain slim ham and cheese with light lettuce, pickles onions and yellow mustard. While they were making it the originalguy I had talked to, that ran off to get the phone, came up and asked what was wrong. When I told him all I got was "my bad". Norefund of the difference between the totals of what I actually wanted and what I was charged for, no apology, nothing. Then Igot the remake and everything written on the receipt was correct, but the actual sub was still wrong, not to mention beinguncut. Needless to say, I will not go to this location again. Ordered the Beach Club as it says it comes with avocado. Quiet comical if you ask me. I took it back in after not finding my... avocado..well their definition of avocado is a smear of avocado. The manager (a young girl) pointed out it is between thecheese. This is what comes in it...seriously!? Disappointing! Read more
