Unfortunately we had a bad experience this evening. We ordered dine-in at 7pm, 4 hours until closing time. It was disappointing... that they were out of popcorn chicken, white meat chicken and only had original recipe on hand. What was inexcusable is when wehad to ask for plastic ware to eat our food, we were handed 2 unwrapped forks. When I further asked for napkins, we were toldthey were out of napkins. Out of napkins at a fast food chicken joint. When I talked to the manager on duty about ourexperience, he was abrupt,defensive and unapologetic, with no explanation. I finally asked if there was toilet paper in themen?s room that we could use for napkins. I would like to add that there is a target in the same complex where napkins or papertowels could have been purchased until their next shipment came in. Read more

This is the worst KFC. Today 11/18/22 around 9:15 we stopped in. However, the worker was openly vaping while standing at the... counter. He was a tall young adult with a plastic apron on. His friend was also with him in the lobby. This is not onlyunprofessional but very disgusting around food. It made us very concerned for other customers that this is being allowed. Walked in 5 pm no one was at register waited 6 minutes. Drive thru had 2 people in it and no cars. Cook told drive thru... customers at window. Place was very dirty food under tables and garbage overflowing. Read more

Place is horrible the cashier at the front is rude and makes it seem like your an inconvenience. Got my order looked like... everything was in the bag got home and instead of fries got Mac n cheese. Why wasn't I notified of this substitution? I wantedfries not Mac. And no sauce for anything. They are understaff and you can see how they are frustrated with it. Just letcustomers know that your out of an item. And just try and remember the sauce for the chicken. I wanted to try the new one butcan't. Read more

Employees close store 30 minutes to an hour early but continues accepting Uber orders until actual close time so they can take... the food home. Tired of getting my time wasted to drive up to the store for an Uber Oder to find out they?ve closed the storetoo early but still accepting Uber and door dash request. We know this is happening so the employees can get free food sinceit?s paid for and take it home. Stop wasting our time, gas and possible money to be made as drivers to try and attempt to takefree food home that was supposed to be for the customer to try and get around the corporate policy of taking food home at theend of the night because this is going to corporate next. Sonic is next as well. Not sure who does the ordering and stocking for this one, but they need to be replaced. Last 3 times I have tried to get food... from here, they have been out of significant menu items. One time it was the chicken strip still being frozen, tonight it waseverything except the chicken was not available. This is over the course of 3 to 4 weeks.. just ridiculous, I'm not going towaste my time coming to this location any more Read more

This will be my last visit to KFC. How do you take so long to fill an order incorrectly. A 12 piece mixed turn into 8-thighs,... 3-wings and 1-leg, instead of 3 of each. Free cookies is a nice tough, but the major screw up in my order is not cool. Read more

This is the FIRST time I come to a KFC and it was a pretty bad experience. I ordered through the drive through and the guy... taking the order seemed overwhelmed not sure if they were short staffed. When I pulled up to the window I asked for a receipt(didn?t get one) and he handed me TWO wrong orders. Then he had me park and said my food would be ready In 2min. That was a lie.I feel bad leaving this review because the lady that brought me the food was really nice and also seemed overwhelmed. KFC needsto pay them better and hire more staff.
