Out of all the McDonald's locations I've been to. This one seemed like the worse one because of the wait times. I had a mobile... order and it took over 20 minutes before my order was ready after I was told to pull into the parking spot to wait on my order.This location needs to ether train their employees better or something because I've never had to wait that long for my order.They are all owned by the same owners. It's a money making machine when you are the only ones in the area that owns over 100McDonald's franchises. Read more
TRASH. WE DOORDASHED FOOD AND THEY MESSED IT ALL UP. WE ORDERED 2 10 PEICES AND THEY GAVE US 1 SIX PEICE AND A HAMBURGER. NO... STRAWS , NO SAUCE, THE WRONG DRINK, WE WERE 1 CHICKEN NUGGET SHORT IN THE SIX PEICE BOX. AND BUT THE RECEIPT IS RIGHT. 0 STARS.DON?T. GO. HERE. Read more
Food wasn?t bad even though they didn?t put any sauce on the sandwiches. It was a good thing we dined in because they didn?t... give us all the food in our order. Watched quite a few other customers also approach the counter for various other issues. Therewas coke spilled on the floor by the trash cans. Also watched an employee wipe a table down and miss half of the area sheattempted to clean. Read more
I don?t expect much when I go to McDonald?s in the first place but this is single-handedly the worst fast food experience I?ve... ever had in my life. We waited for 55 minutes total, took 20 minutes to even order, then another 10 minutes to pay, and lastlyanother 25 minutes waiting at the front window to actually receive our food. For waiting so long for the food you would expectthe food to be hot at least?but it was cold, the fries weren?t even salted, and the chicken sandwich had no lettuce. Theycouldn?t even be bothered to wrap the sandwiches. DO NOT GO HERE. we literally went home and re-fried the French fries ourselvesotherwise they weren?t even worth eating. Such a waste of my time. There was BLOOD in the women's bathroom. I went to this McDonald?s to order a hot and spicy, while my wife ordered I went to the... bathroom. I saw there was no toilet paper in the small stall so I went to the big stall. Upon entering I saw blood on the floor,in the toilet paper, and on the wall and door of the stall. As soon as I told a worker she was disgusted as well, but themanager simply said not to let anyone else in. He did not apologize for it being unclean, nor did he even acknowledge me. I amhorrified as I am PREGNANT and that?s an extremely big health code violation. Especially in the food industry. This was DRIED.and had to of been there for at least three or four hours. Wish I could give it 0 stars. WAITED 50 MINUTES for my order and it STILL WASN'T DONE, by the time I asked for a refund. Saw the... line in the drive through was long so we went inside to order. It seemed like it wasn't the employee's fault, wouldn't know forsure. Maybe it could be either the location's owner's or McDonald's themselves on what orders are prioritized. Ridiculous.Mobile orders, online orders, all door dash delivery type of orders, came and went over and over. We as in person customers werenot a priority, and on the bottom of the list. Was never a fan of McDonald's food but thought I would let my 4 kids have happymeals today. Will never come here again, and this sealed the deal for us, will never eat at McDonald's again. Read more
No matter the time of day/week, there?s at least 2 employees with nasty attitudes and usually incompetent. My order is... constantly wrong and when i ask for it to be fixed, I get rude remarks or told it is what it is. Today I went through and wastold there was no Dr.P, yet when I got to the window, they filled two cups with Dr. P for another order and when I asked tochange my drink back to Dr.P I was told that I get what I ordered.. to add, this is how my food was bagged/wrapped..with thefries spilled out under.. I come to this location fairly frequently due to it's proximity to my workplace. Unfortunately all the recent reviews are 100%... accurate. It takes forever to get your food, the kiosks aren't operational, and the employees are either rude or non-existent.It's a challenge to get someone to help at the front counter to begin with, but even ordering online the food rarely takes lessthan 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen.
