I ordered an iced tea and a cinnamon roll in the drive through. After waiting there for 3 minute, they asked me to pull around... and wait more. For 2 things that don't even have to be cooked!! I told them I wanted a refund and they said if have to go insidefor that. Very disappointed in this McDonald's ability to do simple requests. Read more

So not really about this location just the principle McDonald's has become. $4.49 for a double cheeseburger that is now... essentially the happy meal burger with an extra patty and slice of cheese. I wanted one for my dog as a treat and felt he wasrobbed. I could have stopped at Augies or Culver's on my way home and paid less by volume for something that I feel bad aboutfeeding to humans. Worst service and bad food! I pulled up in the drive thru today and was immediately told to hold on. So I sat there and watched... while 2 other cars that pulled up after me in the other lane placed their orders while I sat there. Nobody ever came back untilI finally said hello is anyone there? Placed my order and when I got to the first window to pay the young man asked me what Ihad ordered. Got to the second window and she practically threw the bag at me. When I got home my chicken sandwich was ice coldand burnt. Also tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Tasted like it was fried in fish oil and I had to throw it out.Fries were ice cold. Rude service and I will never go back to this location . Hubby and I went on weekend to get ice cream andthey couldn?t get that right either! We sat for 20 minutes waiting and hot fudge sundae had almost no hot fudge. Today was thefinal straw for me with such rude service and burnt food. Read more

I have given mcdonalds so much money over the years. I have never been this disappointed with any restaurant or chain. We... ordered $40 worth of food, only to find all of the food cold. The fries were hard and greasy. The nuggets were dry and so wasthe Big Mac. You used to be able to get hot food that taste edible. This was unacceptable, so I'm finally done eating here.During previous visits, there was always an item missing. I have let corporate know that new management is needed and extensivetraining as well. I have been unheard for five years now, so I'm done supporting this establishment and this restaurant as awhole. I wish I could get my money back. Read more

We got a phone notice for a good deal on a crispy chicken sandwich so we stopped in. We tried to use the deal and just got a... screen that said the deals weren't loading right then. The guy at the counter didn't know how to give the deal anyway. Weshowed him the offer on the app. He just said they have had a lot of issues with the app. They need to fix their app so thatif the deal isn't available, it doesn't show it. This feels a lot like old fashioned bait and switch. To make it worse, thebin was burned on our full price sandwich. Read more

This McDonald?s has to be the worst one I?ve been to yet. They consistently get the orders wrong and seem extremely lazy. I wish... I had more options within a 15 minute drive but unfortunately it?s this or Taco Bell. I was sitting at the order sign in thedrive thru for a while before they finally asked to help me. I just want two large teas and a strawberry pie. She said veryrudely to come up to the door to order because she can?t hear me. I pulled up and said the same thing and the girl said we don?thave tea so I said I?ll take two large cokes. She said we don?t have large cups, SERIOUSLY! She said you?ll have to do a medium.I said I?ll do 1 medium and a pie and she said we don?t have pies. I pulled up to the next window to get my ?medium drink? and Isee a bunch of large cups. I asked the employee if they had large cups and she said yes but you ordered a medium. I then askedif they had pies and she also said yes. I?m so irritated with the terrible customer service that McDonald?s allows but moreimportantly that seems to consistently come from this location. Ordered via doordash. Dec 14th, order #1623 I recieved 9 nuggets for a 10 piece. Cold fries after specifying no salt, came... salted. A chicken sandwich with no pickles, yet received chicken and bread. Iced tea with zero ice. This is a 3 minute drive forthe doordasher. I live 1.2 miles from the location. These are consistent issues at this McDonald's. Read more
