An older lady was very rude. Since when do you need an ID to pick up a cake when you can give them the name and flavor of the... cake and email confirmation. I had to have somebody else pick it up and she made a big deal with not only her but a customerahead of her picking up a cake for his wife. So rude , I won?t be ordering from here again. Bring Your Own Fork! The idea that they sell little individual cakes to go and can?t offer you a napkin or fork is absolutely... absurd. How the heck are you supposed to enjoy the tasty treat when you hop back into your car? Even if they offered a bundlewith a napkins and fork for $0.25 that would be customer service. Instead the employees look at you dumb and suggest you shouldget it from the establishment next door. Ridiculousness for a bakery. Read more
