An older lady was very rude. Since when do you need an ID to pick up a cake when you can give them the name and flavor of the... cake and email confirmation. I had to have somebody else pick it up and she made a big deal with not only her but a customerahead of her picking up a cake for his wife. So rude , I won?t be ordering from here again. Upon reading recent reviews eachresponse you give for rude customers is the same ,it is not a reflection of your store, well obviously it is. Do something aboutit. Read more

Bring Your Own Fork! The idea that they sell little individual cakes to go and can?t offer you a napkin or fork is absolutely... absurd. How the heck are you supposed to enjoy the tasty treat when you hop back into your car? Even if they offered a bundlewith a napkins and fork for $0.25 that would be customer service. Instead the employees look at you dumb and suggest you shouldget it from the establishment next door. Ridiculousness for a bakery. Read more

Awesome! Nothing compares to Bundt Cakes! Love this place! HOWEVER employee in one of the pictures I'm posting, is extremely... rude. Does not greet anyone, looked like she really didn't want to be there on Christmas eve. The only words that came out ofher mouth was: "pick'up?" "Thank you", "You're welcome" apparently doesn't in her vocabulary. "Merry Christmas" was definitelyasking too much. LOL ???? - Other than this employee, great products!! I definitely recommend!! We got 12 8" cakes and a 2-tiered cake for our wedding. The Goodyear location delivered to our venue in Buckeye and transferred... cakes to stands, which saved us a lot of stress of ruining our wedding cakes. Our guests were delighted with the variety offlavors - everyone loved it! I'd definitely recommend this route for saving money on your wedding day or special occasion. Read more

You can't go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes! They have been a family favorite for years. I picked up a cake to take to... Thanksgiving and they had a convenient pickup process for the added holiday volume. The staff is always great! Read more
