I've been going to this shop for well over 6 years and it has never disappointed. Their selection of specialty bagels and cream... cheeses is varied and their made to order sandwiches are delicious. The staff is delightful and cheery, personable, and trulyknow their customers who frequent the establishment, of which there are many, which says all anyone needs to know about thisjewel. I?ve got to say these are the best bagels in the Valley! Not joking by saying that. The owner Jerry, has this place running like... a machine, he?s a Navy Veteran former CPO. I used to live in the NE Corridor between DC, Phila, and NYC. Jerry?s Oasis bagelsare a contender for that NY bagel experience. His bagels are dense, big, and have that NYC chew texture when you bite into it.I?m not sure what he does as a flavoring (I?m sure it?s a family secret) to his bagels. I don?t say this lightly, they?reamazing. You don?t need a topping like cream cheese, butter, or whatever you slather on it. Take the time to taste perfection. Anaked bagel, warm, without schmear as Jerry puts it, is the true test of a good bagel. The place is very clean, friendly staff,with an owner who takes pride in his craft. Jerry keep it up, someday I know you?ll reach nation recognition as being one of thetop 5 bagel establishments nationwide. All those chain bagel joints serve light and airy dough circles with a hole. Great service, delicious bagels and fantastic pastrami! When I walk in, I'm greeted warmly by knowledgable staff always willing... to help me decide what I'm in the mood for today.
