Popeyes still uses real natural fat to fry their chicken. Everyone else has switched over to soybean and corn oil. Those oils... are processed. Toxic inflammatory poison to your system. This fried chicken is top notch. I always use the app to place ordersand get deals, the prices are very competitive and I collect points for free meals. Ive stopped going to any other fried chickenplace. This particular location has courteous and well trained staff and they are busy and the food is fresh. Food was excellent!! Tried the blackened chicken strip and loved them. We also had the shrimp which is good but would have... been better if they were freshly cooked. After a long shift of 12 hours I decided to visit this location. The customer service for drive-through was horrible. The young... lady who was working the drive-through was upset when I was asking for our sodas. I asked her if it was the correct drinks andshe said I don?t know what they are but here they are. The manager looked out the window and gave me a dirty look. I will nevervisit this Popeyes again. The food was not fresh and was cold. My family and I FINALLY had Popeyes after about 6 months???? We went through the drive-thru to order or food, and needless to... say, they did not disappoint ???? This was the worst experience I've had at any Popeyes I've ever been to. The drive thru employee was rude. I placed orders for... a family of four and they had no drink carriers. I just got a chicken sandwich from his store. I got it fast. The guy who took my gave friendly and efficient service. Keep using... your great personality at work (helps when working fast food). Whatever change this location made has really made a difference. Orders used to take 20+ minutes to complete, and now they... consistently have your food ready before you?ve even finished filling up your drink cup. Orders have shifted from being ?usuallywrong? to always correct, and of high quality. I?m happy to see this store make such a turn around, and to continue to sustainit. I stopped by this Popeyes on Black Friday. The restaurant was very clean, the tables were all wiped off and the new blacken... chicken was delicious. Arlene and her crew seem to really enjoy being at work, the food was hot and ready in a few minutes. Theyoung lady behind the counter who took my order made sure to read it back so it was correct. I would recommend this Popeyesespecially on the weekend during early afternoon. Read more
