Staff are not friendly. Don?t recommend getting any things here.
They told us they could only do teas or refreshers because they didn't want to dirty and have to clean anything before closing.... I have never worked a customer service job where that would be acceptable. Read more
I ordered hot tea and they gave me a tea latte instead. Also, I asked for a milk substitute for one of our drinks and I am... pretty sure they gave me whole milk because my stomach hurt later on. My husband and I are both lactose intolerant. One of thefemale cashier's was rude too. Not the best Starbucks location in my opinion. It looks like they need more baristas. Read more
Jackie did such a wonderful job cheering me up after a bad experience......its really been a long road after loosing my dad at... the VA and recovering after 3rd stage breast cancer.Such a wonderful young lady....she did all she could to calm me down andconfort me along with co worker deanna.Thank you so much and I appreciate the charisma and strength you showed in trying tohelp.Love these ladies! My biggest complaint was with the service. Barista made no eye contact, didn't greet me at all, and was very rude. My extra... carmel frapp didn't have extra carmel. Seems like all of it was on the outside of the cup because it was so sticky it took me 4napkins to wipe off. I wish I could accommodate the extra 15 minutes to remake my drink before work. Read more
I love coming here to get a drink. I'm always served with a smile and an AMAZING drink! Everyone of my friends and family agree... that this is an amazing place to stop at and get coffee with awesome costumer service provided by the employees!!! So thank youso much!!! I really can't complain. I prefer locally privately owned coffee shops but Starbucks always delivers. Friendly staff and... consistent drinks. I loved all of the outdoor space at this location! Lots of tables and chairs outside with an umbrella ortwo. It was pretty busy and the counter where you wait to get your drinks after ordering was a bit crowded with people but it'spart of the experience I suppose. Read more
My drink was not correct. There's no way of getting a hold of them to see if I could at least get it remade. I've been on hold... for over 20 minutes with frys and have been disconnected twice. Read more
