I visited the location this weekend with my granddaughter. She was very excited to try it, as was I. I had read the customer... service reviews but hoped they were wrong. Sadly, all the negative things you read on these reviews are accurate. I arrived at7 pm. A sign on the door said they were closing early due to being "short staffed". There were fully 5 people working and only3 other customers besides me and they had already ordered and been served, so I'm not sure how many people are required. All ofthe staff were masked, but one wore a ski mask. A whole ski mask! The only thing visible were his eyes. Another young ladywas wearing pajama pants about 3 sizes too big. Pajama. Pants. I get that this is not fine dining, but can we have SOMEstandards? I attempted to order a cinnamon roll waffle and a Rocher shake, only to be told that I could not get the wafflebecause they had already cleaned the waffle maker and didn't want to clean it again! Needless to say, I left disappointed andvery annoyed. I drove 25 minutes for almost nothing. I hope that at some point, someone in management will attempt to establishsome kind of customer service standard. This was disgraceful! My advice? Go to ANY other location than this one. I paid $13for a milkshake and a bunch of attitude. Not a good deal. Read more

We got to the store 45 minutes before they closed. There was a line of 8 people but we heard such great things we thought it... would be worth the wait. The African American girl instead of helping customers started closing up the store. Picked up all thechairs and put them on top of tables. She was just cleaning and ignoring the line. It took us 40 minutes to get our shakes. Theshakes where okay but not worth waiting watching someone close down the store. Read more

I actually saw this while we were in Las Vegas this weekend and at the time, we were too full to get a milk shake...but we were... delighted to see they had a location near Phoenix! I think the idea is cool, the prices aren't bad. I personally love cerealand as a kid would put ice cream in my cereal along with some milk! (I was actually surprised to see that wasn't a menu option,since they do serve just milk and cereal too!) Definitely worth a try! I tried the chocolate lovers milk shake, it has piecesof nearly every chocolate cereal you can think of blended in and sprinkled on top. My husband had vanilla ice cream withReese's Puffs, a few were blended in to the ice cream and then the rest sprinkled on top. The employees are friendly but hard to understand behind the plexiglass and behind masks. The concept is interesting and they... have a great name but $13 for a small shake is what will keep potential customers away. The ice cream is more ice than cream soat this quality I would not pay more than $4 for the same product quality at a fast food restaurant. Sure there wouldn't beactual cereal at that price but it would be similar quality of the rest of the ingredients. There's no way that all of the 5star reviews are legitimate unless there was a HUGE change in the ingredients between then and now. Read more

The ice cream and shakes are absolutely delicious at this place. We love the concept. However, I don?t understand why they don?t... have proper lids for the ice cream cups. There aren?t any public restrooms, nor are there many places to sit. Most people whoorder are taking their ice cream or shake to go. I thought it was nice that the employee handed me two separate cups, one withmy ice cream, and one with my toppings. But unfortunately, the ice cream was completely runny. It?s a fun concept, but just executed very poorly. They have signs saying their employees are in training, which, ok, fine. I... see reviews from 5 months ago say the same thing. Maybe they are continually training if they can?t keep employees for verylong. Anyway, we were there for OVER AN HOUR waiting for our order. It was taking over 5 minutes to make each and everydrink. It looked like they only have one machine to make the shakes. Drinks looked fun, but seemed really over-priced. Ithought mine was going to be $8, but it was $11, so it would help if they had all the prices listed with the picture. Weprobably won?t be back because the wait was ridiculous. Read more
