I never am one to leave reviews, but this place needs to severely reassess the way they work and figure out how to improve their... service. I ordered online and when I arrived at the store I had to wait 45 MINUTES . While other people who were walk ins, walked out with theirs after a short wait. This is the 3rd time this specific thing has happened and it?s completelyunacceptable. If you?re going to have an online order system , use it correctly as I find it absolutely futile to have it ifit?s completely forgotten about . I approach the situation nicely and the workers completely disregard you and still find a wayto attend other customers faster. If ?A? customer ordered their smoothie first, A customer should have that smoothie beforecustomer B or C. I am a very rational and patient person, but you guys need to figure it out or get better workers. So sick ofgoing to this place. Read more

I am really sad about this tropical smoothie location. Just moved to the area, been going to tropical smoothie for 10 years 2-4... times a month. The place smelled so strong of nasty cleaner like urinal cakes, took forever to make the food and place wasempty. I had driven 30 minutes to this location, and once I left I noticed my smoothie had no turbinado in it. I brushed it offthinking oh well. When I got back home I realized that they forgot 1 food item, missing the sauce on 2 food items and anotheritem was made so sloppily it was disgusting. All the wraps were folded so poorly they were falling apart. I was honestly just sodisappointed. Never again. Read more
we usually love tropical smoothie but this location is awful. we are currently still sitting here, 50 minutes after we placed... our order waiting for it. there?s a large group of teenagers working and one of their other friends came in after us and theywere sure to stop working and talk to their friends and get their order order out as soon as they could. while we were here afew other people have complained for their orders being wrong. there?s an order sitting out that?s been sitting out for 2 hours(it says on the receipt). there?s a urinal cake air freshener sitting on the fan and it smells awful In here also. superunacceptable Read more
I?ve never felt so awkward in my life like I did last night. This location is so unprofessional in so many levels. I ordered my... food and the cashier and another employee was right behind her, grabbing her and getting very close to her as I?m trying toorder my food. I felt so awkward and it?s was so unprofessional, after I ordered my food they continued to kiss and hug in thecash register area. I was at a loss for words ive never seen this happen before. I literally hate making bad reviews but it needs to happen when things need to be called out. Let me just say that tonight was... such a disappointment. When I walked in , there was a FULL house of people waiting to get their drinks,, I?ve never seen nothinglike it. I was worried I wasn?t going to get it in time because I had work right after, but I was craving tropical so bad. But Ididn?t realize it?d take 30 MINUTES or more to get one dang drink. I was trying to be nice and respectful because I?ve been intheir shoes.. BUT this was SO unacceptable. While everyone was getting their drinks before ME, which ended up being me THE ONLYONE IN THE STORE when everyone left ,, it turns out my order wasn?t even PUT IN or WASNT out on the counter for my name to callout. When I tasted my drink in the car. It tasted so not good. I felt I was tasting more of the whey protein than the otheringredients. Their oven machine was down so I couldn?t eat my usual wrap. This location is horrible! I do not recommend at all!! Their staff is also super rude!! They do not care one but about service. ... I got a blimey limey and it wasn't even the correct color. All you could taste was ice... they are putting way to much ice andnot enough fruit. From someone who has friend to have worked there, I know how they are supposed to be made.
