I was very very disappointed to find they discontinued two of the menu items. The peppercorn chicken and the bacon blue cheese... burger. After confirming with other whataburgers that yes they're currently selling it today. I settled for the grilled chickenwith avocado, wb seasoning and onion rings. Didn't offer me ketchup, didn't even tell me to have a good night after a 20 minutesin the drive thru. The burger was incredibly messy but the onion rings were good. Can only get Whataburger whole traveling since there are none in my home state. Love the food quality, but the kids burger... orders were not correct. Plain and dry = nothing but burger and bun. Otherwise everything was great. Read more
Manager Stephanie is unprofessional! They messed up my order and she was so rude, she would not make it right. Recommended she... train the employee's better and she said she would hang up on me if I said that again. Advised I would email corporate and shesaid that's fine. The store needs a better manager, no wonder they don't do their job properly!! Read more
An occasional chocolate shake is a guilty pleasure for me but I still stick to a small. Today, small was very small - small... Whataburger shakes are supposed to 16oz but the photo below is a 12oz cup, basically a coffee cup. The cup seemed small when Igot take.out but I didn't realize just how small until I got home. Hopefully, this was just an oversight and not the "newnormal.". It's pretty shady to short customers 25% and charge the same price. Disappointed. Read more
Used to be really good. Ordered two meals, both large sized. After a 20 minute wait in drive thru, the girl at the window hands... us our food and drinks. One is a large size and the other is small sized. When I asked her, she said nope, you order a large anda small. I showed her the small fri that I was given and didn't care or offer to fix. Just slid the window closed. Update6/18/22 Decided to try again and was given the wrong meal completely. Didn't find out until I got home. Read more
Absolutely lazy and sloppy work. Started by going at 11:10 and did not end up getting my food which consisted of 2 meal after 30... minutes of waiting, I did not leave whataburger until 11:40. I asked for ranch on a sandwich and was told that I couldn?t whenthe last 2 years they?ve done it. After waiting such a long time I thought that the food would at least be correct but itwasn?t. I ordered a single whataburger which comes with no cheese because we do not like the cheese and the burger we got wasliterally just the bun, two pieces of meat and and two pieces of cheese. Not even close to the correct burger that was ordered.My family went at 8pm the same day and had similar results with entire meals being left out. As someone who used to work here Iknow that this is just pure laziness and carelessness. Read more
The food is almost always great, but the service lately has been terrible. Curbside never works, you always have to go inside... and your order is never ready on time. They seem very disorganized. I hope they figure out what?s going on. Read more
