I'm pretty sure this is illegal. They Charge$2. More than the listed menu price for the salmon bowel and 50 cents more than... the listed menu price for add on veggie tempura. This is in the store not order/pick up. Then the owner comes out and watcheshow much condiment I'm using. Not cool. I felt I was in a 3rd world country or in the hood. Not coming back... way to lose acustomer. And by the way it wasn't like I was using a lot of condiments and if you don't want ppl to use them don't put themout. Read more
Sushi is decent for a quick fix. However, this is my 2nd time here. Both times the staff were not welcoming at all. Today I... ordered online for pick up. When I went in the girl that helped me looked bothered to help me, flung the bag on the counter andwalked away. When I asked for soy sauce and wasabi she grabbed the bag and literally threw the items in there and walked awayagain. If you are a person of energy, then you do not want anyone this location making your food, ESPECIALLY if your are a person of... color. The customer service at this location is terrible and they do not acknowledge nor treat their guest of color withrespect. Please fire the white girl with the thick eye brows, she?s so unwelcoming. The food is always good! It?s the staff/cashiers that are the problem. No customer service. No personality and they act like you... are bothering them. Why would I place an online order for pick up with a tip to have to get there and get my own plastic wear,napkin, sauce. The point of a to go order is that it is ready to go! Then when I asked if there was cups for the sauce (nopackets all bottles) she slurred some words together that I couldn?t understand and told me to have a good day. Get your food to go even if you are dining in because they charge like $2 for a to go plate after you dine in. Also, they don?t... give extra teriyaki sauce to go like most other places they charge $0.75 for it. The food I ordered was ok it?s just the avocadoin my crunch roll was old and black. Very tasty and very satisfying. We have not been inside the location but we have definitely ordered take out a few times. The... food is always fresh and delicious. We usually order a combination of a few things to share with the family. The teriyaki isso flavorful and filling. The rolls are freshly filled and well prepared. We always try something new each order and wehaven't been let down. Only reason they are not five star is the lack of condiments that usually come along with sushi andteriyaki. I mean no wasabi and soy sauce? We will definitely be back when the craving hits. Read more
Called to place an order over the phone for my husband to pick up. Gentleman on the phone directed me to use their online... website. I explained that my husband was going to pickup the order. He said yes, but the order can be placed online. I asked ?are you really that lazy, that you can?t take my order over the phone?. He said that they don?t make the food until payment isreceived. I have ordered from many of the Yogis locations and this is the first time I have heard on this nonsense! I haveordered over the phone before at this location and my order was taken.
