This has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-A in the world! I gave them 2 stars because the food is decent, but they deserve 0.5!... There it no way the order ahead drive up/EXPRESS lane should take 15+ minutes when you're car #3, waiting behind car #2 , whohas already received their meal and simply waiting for car #1 to get their order & have their complaint dealt with. Instead ofthe worker asking car #1 to pull up and free the line-- let's just make everybody later this morning!! It may be time for me tostop coming here for a while, AGAIN!! Update: I wrote this while I waited for my food. I have now given them 1 star, BECAUSEwhen I got to work, one of the 10 count minis was missing a nugget!! My order was 2 Chick-fil-a chicken biscuits and 2 10-countminis. I have to agree with the previous patron's, statement: "this place is run like a defunct circus"! Read more

Magnificent, as usual. I'm glad that they have split the lines between those who ordered on the app and those who have yet to... order. Ordering on the app is much faster. As for the food, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. And the frosted lemonade is to diefor. Read more

I would've given it five stars if my fries were hot. My chicken sandwich was fresh and hot and I wish the fries I received... matched. This is my first time ever going to a chick-fil-a where they served me Luke warm fries. I will give them one morechance to redeem themselves. Read more

So tonight i went to the restaurant for dinner I did a online order for carry out I was given my items and left and noticed a... part of our order was missed which can happen especially during the dinner rush so I walk back to get the rest of the order andI?m waiting patiently for a worker to acknowledge I?m waiting on them out of nowhere this woman comes up ask if they helped meyet an all I said was not yet but I know they were busy so she decided on her own that she had to stop one of the workers tobring them over to me while I understand that she thinks she was helping it was just unnecessary she stopped someone who wasbusy working for something that had nothing to do with her or her order , so to the worker not sure if you were a worker ormanager in the black shirt I would like to thank you for your assistance I hated that the person pushed you into stopping whatyou were doing just to help me I just can?t believe how some people can?t just mind their own business. To start off with, they do not have mobile pickup through app. Waited for order, I reached into bag to pull a waffle fry out and... it was still icy and cold. I showed the employee before leaving; she gave me a replacement. Then I get back to my hotel room,and sitting in the original bag, inside the box. Walking store to hotel room is two miles according to google maps. . I found aear wing crawling inside box. See photos. Edit. I have ordered here again because Chick-fil-A sent me a coupon, but seriouslywith fries!?!? What is up? This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. They are constantly jacking orders up. Ihave to rely on this store for DoorDash. I have received multiple orders of fries that look exactly like this. I have picturesto prove every order I receive the fries are half packed. I order three fries because I have learned they won?t fill them up.Three fries normally turns into 2 and a quarter by the time it?s delivered. This place is ran like a defunct circus. Read more

Better to go through the drive through instead of mobile ordering line...it was so much slower! ???? Well today (06.01.22) the... mobile line moved faster! Had to doctor up my free chicken sandwich from Amber! They have the express moving nicely now! Howcan Chick-fil-A have so many moving parts & keep orders correct & moving...???? Read more

Excellent set up on customer service. This place is in the HUB of a very busy business environment. They had everything set... up, depending on your order..you can call ahead and order. Covid 19 was in place, with social distant, mask, air flow,outdoor Precautions. Very nice and polite, the food was hot, and didn't have to wait to long. Read more
