Very disappointed in this place as the quality has gone downhill. I've ordered from here a number of times and never really had... any issues. Last night I ordered two hibachi meals and crab rangoons and paid over $60 for the meals only for the meats, rice,and veggies to be completely cold and unseasoned TWICE. Even when they "remade" the order that I had to wait 35 minutes for tobe made when I brought the food back as they didn't bother remaking it when I told them I was on my way as they wanted to seethe food first. The girl on the phone wanted to argue with me that my food shouldn't be cold and didn't want to take that it wasas an answer. Even whenever I brought the food back she still wanted to give me trouble about it not being cold. You pay thatkind of money and you expect better quality from it. Could've got a better meal elsewhere and we didn't even bother finishingthem meals after a couple bites as it was inedible and I was NOT going back a 3rd time to fix it. The cook has no idea whatthey're doing! The meal had been 3 meat hibachi and I had more meat in it prior that I only had 2 pieces of steak out of. The"New" order of food they gave me 6 tiny little pieces of steak like they reheated the same damn meal from before and STILL leftit unseasoned and not hot at all once I got home. Only thing that was hot was the Rangoons the 2nd time around. The meals werealso overcooked as if it was reheated and tough to chew through and the steak and chicken was very dry and shrimp wasovercooked. It was all overcooked. AGAIN after I already mentioned it to them. Again like it was reheated. Same with mymother's. ???? I live directly behind them. No reason for it. Definitely NOT worth it! I usually come in after lunch, the place is really quite and nice.The bowl is really good, its filling and flavorful. The place... is clean and well managed. Service is also fast and efficient. Favorite new local Japanese place. Got sushi and hibachi everything was great and the containers the hibachi is in make it... really easy to store for later and keeps it very hot. The little shopping center it is in is new and looks great and the insideof the building is beautiful. Try the angry dragon if you like mango it is my favorite roll. They give plenty of white saucewith hibachi which is very nice. We order an extra side of rice bc there isn?t as much rice as some places give but that meansyou get more of the good stuff so I?m not mad about it. Read more

Didn't realize it's pretty much a fast food place. We were surprised but glad we stayed and ate. The food was on our table in... about 10 minutes. We just had sushi, a tubs poke bowl, a few classic rolls, and a specialty roll. Everything was really good. No alcohol. I'll still go to sushi restaurants for a sit down and a beer but I'm glad to know I can have sushi more oftenbecause Kanji is so close, quick, and good. Read more

Clean environment and service was good. The menu is a little confusing. Adding Some pictures for some of the many items on the... menu would assist in identifying the food items?similar to what is done throughout Japan when you pass by certain restaurantsand they have the artificial food displayed so people know what they are ordering, or some pictures with descriptions on themenu. They decor was a little different for a Japanese style restaurant. Why is there a ?Steer Skull? on the wall? Also, whenyou drive past the restaurant on (Plantation North), the workers are at the back door smoking on their breaks. Easily viewedwhen driving by on the way home.
