The chicken was good, but the coleslaw was really dry. And this is the 2nd time they forgot to add the 4 extra biscuits I... ordered and paid for. Just wish they would open the dining area. That way if something is missing it's just a few steps awayinstead of a 20 minute drive. Read more
I ordered on the kfc app thinking it was gonna go smoothly and it was gonna go by fast 1hr later ... where do I start they still... have the dining area close maybe they should of alerted us I would of definitely not ordered that would of been my sign lol wellI did finally I get to the window to get my order a hr later I ask for hot sauce I had a 8 bucket of chicken and 8 hard chickentenders basically rock and the dude hands me 2 sauces seriously acting like you buy the hot sauce ok whatever I leave I'mexhausted and hungry I get home my kids can't even bite the chicken tenders because they are so hard waste money wasted timestay clear from this place they sure have gone down the drain... Speaker in drive thru was broken so cars had to go up to the window. Waited 30 mins for 4 cars to go through in front of us.... When we finally got up to the window to order, they were out of everything we ordered except mash potatoes. Refused to let us into use the restroom and was unapologetic about the entire situation. Waited another 25 minutes and they ended up gaving ourorder to someone else. That car drove back and gave it to the worker and then gave it to us. Disgusting and unsanitary. Make newfood if you get the order wrong. Will never be back and will be reporting to corporate. Read more

Went to this location today. Lobby of the restaurant is open and lit up. Walked inside only to be told I would only be served at... the drive through. Don't understand why almost every other restaurant is fully open, and new ones have actually opened but KFCand BK can't seem to make it happen. This location has never had a good reputation when it comes to customer service. Read more
