Came to curbside l ordered was a kids meal and a large fry. You would think that's the simplest order right? Yeah me too.... HOWEVER they just brought just the drink and kids meal, I said well I had a large fry to. She said you did? I said yes it's whatmy receipts says she walks off. Something tells me check the kids meal and what do you know there are no fries in the kids mealbox. She comes back and hands me a bag of cold fries and I told her the kids meal had no fries in the box no apology no nothingjust takes the stuff and walk away. I have never tasted fries so salty and the female at the window didn?t speak to has at all. Where we picked the food up, didn?t... say hello, thank you or your welcome or nothing. Same at every MccDonalds. We may as well give up and go completely to selfservice. Read more
The very fastest service I've ever seen at any fast food location ever. Sometimes my meal is done before I even step away from... the counter. Very friendly staff, good cleaning habits. The best part about this location however- the ice cream machine hasnever been broken any time that I have gone there. I can order an ice cream and actually receive it! And when I receive it, itis always handed to me with a smile. I highly recommend this location. Read more
The only McDonalds in the area that I will eat at. Always hot and fresh, and I usually am pretty different when it comes to my... burger order, adding on and changing it. Great friendly service when I even ask that things are made fresh. I found out themanager I have had serve me is Nate, he is amazing and runs a great staff. 10/10 for sure because of Nate and his staff. Read more
Biscuits so hard fell apart ... but McMuffin was burnt and still wrapped and given. This location is worst McD in SC!!! Shame... on your low class employees for doing this. Read more
I was eating from this McDonalds with no problems until today (04/10/21). My family and I decided to grab something quick to eat... on our way home after a busy evening, only to find that one of my Double Cheeseburgers looked like it had hit the floor prior tome opening it. A hair and some other material right on top of the bun. No way in hell you could have missed it. I'm sureMcDonald's doesnt offer items with a side of hair and piece of floor. First off, there was really no personal service, other than the lady who brought my food out... you have to place your own order... at a kiosk in the middle of the restaurant. The food was mediocre... fries weren't as hot as we'd liked & according to mygrandson, they were extremely stingy with the pickles... he had only 1 on his burger... but at least they got it right thistime. This was the 1st in a long time that I had gone inside & the cleanliness left much to be desired. Read more
