Well?. For Valentine?s I wanted a heart shaped pizza for me and my boyfriend but the pizza we got was shaped nothing like a... heart. We also ordered cheesy bread and it was okay.. just short (didn?t look like the 10 inches we ordered) and burnt at thecrust. However we ordered chipotle honey wings and that was the only ?good? thing we ordered. I never had a bad experience withPapa Johns until now. Even the time when the pizza delivery guy dropped my box of cheesy bread on my porch, it still was good.Is there a way to get a refund for the pizza though?? Read more
Not sure who Ashley is but she was obviously high when making our pizza. Not only was it undercooked but there was cheese... missing. We ordered an hour before closing so by the time we received our raw pizza there was nothing we could do but request arefund. Lesson learned. Read more
My pizza came with the wrong toppings, and you can tell that a beginner tried to do the stuffed crust and failed... when I... picked up a piece of pizza, the crust separated from the pizza! And when I lifted it up, there was raw dough stuck to thecardboard. It wasn't even cooked properly! Worst pizza experience I've ever had in my life. I didn't know you could ruin pizzathis bad, but now I have a greater appreciation for pizza when it IS made properly. I called for a refund and after being onhold for way to long, I never received compensation. I wish I could give zero stars, but I'll have to settle for one. We order pizza from this location all the time. We live half a mile from the store. I got the confirmation email saying it would... be here in 25 minutes. After an hour, I called the store and the manager on duty said he contacted the driver and he would behere in 10 minutes. I called back after 30 minutes of still no pizza (we only order a small cheese pizza for my kids becausethey will only eat Papa John?s) and he said the driver was right around the corner and then hung up on me. After another 20minutes of waiting, when the driver arrived, I confirmed with the him that he had no missed calls from the manager. He was verynice and apologetic. We will continue to order from this location, but whomever was the manager on duty tonight, 11/28, shouldbe fired. He was rude, and lied, and hung up on me. He said he refunded the order but I highly doubt it. Read more
