The service is usually pretty good but the place itself is a hit and miss sometimes. The food is either really good or really... bad. The last time I had it about a week ago it was not good at all. It was burned and so greasy it didn't taste good at all.The sonic blasts are supposed to be full of whatever candy or chocolate you order and they seriously put almost nothing in ityour basically paying for an expensive cup of vanilla ice cream. Ridiculously slow! I pulled in to the drive thru lane today around 12:15. There was a car at the speaker, and I was directly... behind them. Due to the line of cars in front of them, the car in front of me wasn't able to pull forward until 12:30. I pulledup to the speaker and sat there for TEN minutes without even being acknowledged. All of the cars that were in front of me weregone. I said hello into the speaker twice and still got no response. It was 12:40 at this point, so I finally left without evenordering. Honestly, my expectations with a fast food restaurant are always extremely low, but this Sonic location is by far theslowest, most unprofessional fast food place around here. Read more
Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes without a word. Finally just went to the window and sat there for 5 minutes... before someone opened it. The person had an attitude and we ordered. When they handed out the food, my husband asked if that waseverything and the guy just shut the window and walked away. My sons kids meal didn't even have the toy that it supposed to comewith. During the day I love coming here but at night the customer service goes down the drain. I try to be understanding becauseI work customer service/barista but there is a difference between busy and rude. Read more
Every single time I've gone here, I've had to wait for my order for at least 15 minutes. There's been very few times that... they've brought my order out correctly and sometimes it takes upwards of 10 minutes to fix it. I always go here with myboyfriend and we only ever order two drinks and sometimes tots. Today, we ordered a limeade slush and a chocolate shake. We weregiven a lemonade slush and an Oreo shake. I have a gluten intolerance and I understand that occasional contamination can happenat restaurants, but I didn't notice it was Oreo until after we had left so I couldn't drink it. With this on top of all theother times they've brought us the wrong drinks and the long waits, we sadly won't be returning. Read more
I got something from Sonics a while ago. I?ve always been satisfied with them until now.. I ordered a strawberry slushee and it... turned out not to be strawberry.
