Wait was too long and relieved 2 orders of large regular fries instead of 4 small orders of curly fries.
The curly fries were inedible. Stale? Hard to tell and I was unwilling to eat any more to figure it out. Ordered a burger with... no onions and tomatoes - you guessed it - it came with onions & tomatoes. The Pecan chicken salad sandwich ?are you sold out?? ?Nope?. So I ordered the sandwich - oh but we ARE out of pecans. Well then - you ARE sold out. Ketchup dispensers empty, nopackets available. The sandwiches were clearly not made fresh. Felt pre-made and stored. The corned beef on my husband?s Reubenwas cold and it felt microwaved. I understand it?s just fast food but seriously - one or two things are easy to overlook. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at an Arby's. First off the dining room was closed, ok that's fine I realize... staffing is hard but there was no signage so we had to haul the truck and trailer through the drives through. Then I ordered aBLT meal, the gal taking our order wasn't exactly friendly, again ok fine, she could have been having a bad day. But when I gotmy meal it was a joke. There were like 2 pieces of bacon on the entire sandwich, very little lettuce and one tomato. I may aswell have been eating a Mayo and toast sandwich. Stopped here a few days ago to grab a quick bite. And to get back on the road. And the food turned out good. And the people... seemed to be nice and polite. Restaurant was clean so if you like Arby's I would say stop by and grab a bite to eat if you arein that area. Read more
I ordered mozzarella sticks and a turkey & swiss wrap minus the red onion & spicy mustard. But extra tomato. He put add tomato... on the order. The mozzarella sticks were great. The wrap was skimpy on both the turkey and the swiss cheese. There WAS spicymustard on it. And NO tomatoes. I almost went to KFC across the street. I wish I had. I will be tasting the spicy mustard therest of the day. And I really don't like it. Read more
