The service is usually really good here, but on this particular visit, we pulled up to the drive-thru and they told us the... "drive-thru register was down" and that we had to come into the restaurant. I'm worked fast food before, they could have simplywalked over to another register (with their wireless headset) and taken orders from the other register. I have a family of 6,and having to find a parking space (at a busy gas station) and drag my whole family in (because I can't carry all that food andall those drinks by myself) was a disappointment. It's decent. I've been in here twice today. 2 different employees that took my order 2 different times didn't seem genuinely... friendly, more like doing what they're programed to do. And were out of tea and Dr Pepper. Being genuinely nice is free and nothard to do. Read more

Came through the drive thru on the way home from Nashville. My friend and I got a regular sized 4 for 4 and medium sized. They... barely filled up the fry carton. Called the store to inform the manager and she was really rude. The sprite tasted disgusting. Iworked at Wendy?s for almost two years and this is not how you treat customers, and at my Wendy?s, you fill the carton all theway to the top because that is what they paid for. It?s ridiculous. They're dhort on help. Only one person on inside dining taking orders and delivering food. My food came out perfect fries were... fresh and burgers were made to order but a few other people had issues with their orders. Read more
Food is always hot and fresh, but only due to the lack of staff and having to cook it fresh. They also tend to mess up orders... quite regularly and you have people waiting lengthy periods of times. You're lucky to go in and see 3 people working, usually 2or just a single employee. It's very chaotic and not very convenient place to eat at. Last time I had visited this Wendy's,there were 4 workers, cashier, manager, and 2 employees. They were constantly getting orders wrong and just bombing. Before 2long the only one in the kitchen was the cashier, whilst the other three were outside with at least 7 people waiting for foodand others waiting to order. Read more
