The girls behind the counter were actually very nice and pretty efficient. Food was tasty. The restaurant was absolutely filthy.... We were there at like 9am and it look like it hadn't been swept in weeks. Tables were sticky and bathrooms pretty gross. Read more
Waited in line for 45 minutes ordered my food and sat in line for another 15 minutes waitng to for my turn to get to the window... to pick up my order. Then as i approach the window. The gentleman asked me what i ordered and i told him Chicken tenders. Thenhe said sorry that they were short staff . So they only had 2 people were working. So in the mean time i sat there another 10minutes waiting on my order then after 10 more minutes he came back to the window and said they were out of Chicken tenders. After i sat there that whole time. Then he asked if i wanted to order anything else. Of course i said NO!! He then asked if istill wanted my tea. Of course not i then preceded to tell him if it's free then ill take it. So he responded No. So will nolonger be purchasing anything from them Next time if you dont have enough staff at your business and shut down. This is not thefirst time this has happened. Read more
Slow service. Only ordered 2 sandwiches. Lobby was closed. Had a women in the drive through window that was rude / didn?t seem... properly trained to even be there. Your drive-thru is your only area of customer service when the lobby is closed, that was amistake in general. The two sandwiches I ordered (not meals) were hard and cold. Pretty ridiculous. This was my first time ever trying there food. The fries were so good. The cheese burger was dry and the tenders were alright.... The store however was very messy. The guy would place the fries in the carton only for them to fall over onto the counter. Hethen proceeded to get a trash can to clean up the mess. When he was done he never changed his gloves and loaded more fries inthe carton. Read more
Nice workers-theyre overworked of course. This place is holding it down. Only Hardee's for miles around. It was good to get that... great Hardee's steak breakfast platter. The chicken is distinctive and generally good because there are no.fast food places intown. Even though prices have gone up I hope they stick around for a long time. Read more

Ordered online wrong order then took almost an hour wait to get 12 pieces of fried chicken and six biscuits. Received wrong... order twice and the staff attitude was worse then the last time. Nothing was right and no trying to fix the unpleasantexperience. They gave another customer what they gave us wrong after I told them I handled that food. Dine in never openalthough it says it is on line. And when the employee apologized you could tell in her tone she could not are less. Read more
The manager on duty was very patient, courteous, polite, respectful, and very professional! The way she was able to manage the... other employees and customers while she herself was running the front register along with the drive thru at the same time showedhow professional she is and how great of a person she is to everyone she serves!
