I?ve never been to a fast food joint that consistently had horrible service like this Wendy?s. The slowest experience ever at... the drive through. I?ve sat in the drive through for 5 min with no response from the speaker. And then, you?ll still have towait 10+ min for your food after paying. Unable to handle any capacity at all, and this is EVERY TIME! I actively avoid Wendy?snow, even when craving it, due to all the let downs and wait times This isn?t even mentioning they are supposed to close at 1,but I always see the lights off inside around 8/9pm when I drive nearby. One of the longest waits I've ever had in a drive thru. Over 30 minutes. We were left sitting at the speaker waiting over 10... minutes with nothing said not even "I'll be with you in a minute" my husband finally asked if anyone was there thinking maybe itwas broken, it wasn't. The cashier was rude and when we finally got to the window she was unprepared we had to wait for her toget the frosty and then wait again for a spoon and straw. Which normally wouldn't bother me but after waiting over 30 minutesfor an online order it was definitely frustrating and her attitude didn't help at all. Food was prepared well as expected. Order was correct; however, order taker wasn't pleasant seemed to be snappy with me and... rushing me. There wasn't even a long line - just 1 or 2 cars behind me. My son was with me and as we were driving home hecommented about how rude the order taker was for no reason. Read more
When we first got there the line wasn't really moving but we stayed. There were only 4 people working, a woman at the counter,... another woman at the drive thru, and two men doing all the cooking. The woman at the counter would take an order and proceed togo make the order herself. The two men had everything cooked and she would assemble the sandwich and get the fries. Shedefinitely went above and beyond for everyone there and had a smile on her face the entire time. Wendy's definitely needs toacknowledge her hard work and dedication. On 7/3 I stopped at Wendy?s after placing an online mobile order approximately 10 minutes prior to arriving. When arrived and... finally made it to the window, it took an additional 10 minutes for them to ?make? the food as the guy told me they werefinishing it up and it would be just a moment or so - no problem I know things are short staffed/delayed. Get home, would expectwith the additional time it took to make the food - that they were actually making it - absolutely not - the fries, the nuggets,and burger were all ice cold. So what was the reason for my 10 min wait at the window - I?m not quite understanding the foodwould have already had to have been made at that point for it to be that cold by the time I got home so basically you kept me atthe window an extra 10 minutes for nothing. I would also expect with that timeframe my order be 100% correct, nope was missingthe 3 cookies I had ordered. This is the 3rd bad Wendy?s experience at this location in probably 3 months, I?m done. Given this place too many chances and the amount of time you have to wait for garbage like this is just horrendous. No toppings... whatsoever, not even a si gle piece of lettuce. It's absurd and they should just give up. Read more
We ordered 2 breakfast baconators and were told they were out of sausage and potatoes so we asked if we could have chicken... instead of sausage they said yes....we received 2 pieces of chicken and bread....don't go here, waist of money. Also called thestore and they didn't even apologize or try to accommodate they just said ok and chuckled. Read more
