Ordered carryout, arrived an hour and ten minutes later, 10 minutes AFTER the tracker told me to arrive and my order hadn't even... been put in the oven yet. I do get that places are short staffed and that is a problem. But it took over 1 hour for my order to be ready. And when I... arrived I was told it would be another 30 minute wait. My pizza is always hot and fresh and tastes good from the Gorham Domino's. Sometimes the wait is long but that is due to... staffing shortages. They always make up for it with the quality of their pizza. Read more
Ordered take out for the first time from the Gorham Maine location. Never again. I arrived to pick it up in the window of time... it was suppose to be done to be told yeah we haven?t even made that order yet. 5 people in the kitchen and 5 orders on the boardand none had been made while the place looks like a bomb when off. People just standing around. Very frustrating. No apologiesor effort to move thing along. Read more

5/17/22- while I am sure the staff at the store is just as good as last time, I just wasted 15 minutes trying to place an order;... first with an automatedsystem, then with some sort of "call center." When it reached the point that I was told I could not adda tip for the driver, nor write one on my credit card slip, I cancelled the transaction. This fiasco falls solely on theshoulders of the company itself and does not reflect on the store. With an updated version of the app it's like any other great experience simple and quick direct and to the point! And the menu,... "Pizzas, Brad's, pastas chicken all kinds of delicious chickens boneless and otherwise finger licking Good, it's all good rightdown to their meatball subs!!! And all the other sandwiches they have there I love all of it I can't get enough of it if I wasricher I'd eat it every day. I think if I was rich there actually is a big enough menu to find something for each and everysingle day in which you would not get sick of it because you wouldn't be eating the same thing that same week I love it I can'tsay enough about it love it love it love it!!! The worst Dominoes place in Gorham ME, I ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery at 5:42pm and the delivery estimated time was 60... minutes later and didn?t get it, at 8:10pm I called them and they said i have to wait another 30 minutes then i went myself andpicked them up. Read more
