Understaffed. But they should turn online ordering off if they can't keep up with it. I arrived 3 minutes after my quoted time... for pick up. My order wasn't even started until 25 minutes after I arrived. Thrown together and missing ingredients becausethe poor people working there are so rushed. Placed order online for 3 subs. The app stated it was being made and then that the order was completed, like normal. Drove to... store to pick up said order and was informed they were completely out of bread. Refunded my money with out much of an issuehowever a simple phone call to inform me of this lack of bread would have been great and could have saved a pointless trip tothe store. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? This is now the 2nd time I've gone to this location and they've been outof bread in the just year or so.
