Good not my favorite sandwich place but it works with a coupon..
Understaffed. But they should turn online ordering off if they can't keep up with it. I arrived 3 minutes after my quoted time... for pick up. My order wasn't even started until 25 minutes after I arrived. Thrown together and missing ingredients becausethe poor people working there are so rushed. Unbelievable and immoral people work for this company! They openly discriminated against a great friend of mine by refusing to... deliver any of our catering orders to our parties after they saw he was disabled. Apparently subway is fine catering, as long asyour not crippled. Disgusting. We may look into filing a formal complaint to the parent corporation for this injustice. Read more
I remember Subway. 20 years ago I used to eat there all the time. My how the company has fallen. Half as much meat, the bread is... much smaller and in my last order, the bread seemed a day old. It was dried and flaking apart on the outside. The people hereare nice and are just doing what they are told so no marks against them at all. If not for the $5 deal I would never eat there. Read more
Placed order online for 3 subs. The app stated it was being made and then that the order was completed, like normal. Drove to... store to pick up said order and was informed they were completely out of bread. Refunded my money with out much of an issuehowever a simple phone call to inform me of this lack of bread would have been great and could have saved a pointless trip tothe store. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? This is now the 2nd time I've gone to this location and they've been outof bread in the just year or so.
