This McDonald's was located immediately after a long Southbound stretch over the grapevine and was open for business after 9 pm.... Restroom was clean, same, per my spouse, was the other. Stopped in for quick coffee and snack on a road trip. Placed mobile ordered. Our order number was removed from the order-board... before we received our order. Inquired about why our order number was removed and received no reply from cashier. Employee inback heard our inquiry and pointed out our order to the cashier sitting behind counter. Cashier still didn't get our order. Wehad to ask her again, if it was ours. She finally handed it to us, without saying a word. We told her that we still needed ourcoffees. She didn't say anything again. Same employee from the back replied he would get them. Twenty minutes later I askedthe same cashier if she could check on our coffees. She again didn't reply. I repeated my question and she started walkingtowards the back. I said did you hear me? She replied yes under her breath and rolled her eyes. I said will you didn't answerme. She walked to the back. Eventually the manager brought our coffees and walked away. Had to wait several more minutes foranother rude employee to give us Splenda. I love Gorman McD. They are always very friendly, pleasant and the coffee is excellent. The people working there always seem to... have a good time working together and that is fun to see. The only thing I wish is that they had a gluten free menu. Read more
I wish I didn't stop here. The McMuffins we ordered looked liked someone stepped on them. The edges of the English muffins were... so hard we ended up just ripping the entire sides off and eating the middle. Would not recommend. Read more
Ordered a McGriddle without cheese because of my girlfriend?s allergies. It came out with cheese without bacon. Went to get it... remade and sat there for 20 minutes while they essentially ignored me and switched over to lunchtime menu. The person who endedup helping at the very end was wonderful but overall would not recommend this location. Read more
Came here and ordered off the app. We live local. I was eating my McRib and it smelled bad. I checked the underside bun and it... was the smell. Looks like mold. Hopefully I don?t get sick. Asked to speak with manager and she said I am sorry. Offered norefund or anything else. This is the last time I spend my money here. There are a few others place we can go. Beware if you stophere.
