Went here tonight for the first time. The burgers here are unique and different from others in the area. I had the Smash burger,... my son the Frisco burger, and my Fiancé the Morning Smash burger. We ordered an appetizer which is like fried egg rolls, withbeef inside with guacamole and hot cheetos on top. The inside is very clean and modern, you can dine outside, which we did. Theyhave cocktails and beer, can only. They have a drink station with fountain soda and water. A young man wipes down tables aftereach use. I will say you have to possibly wait for a table, then you order and they?ll buzz you when your food is ready. Pricewise, it?s expensive. For our food total for three people ???? $82. We?re fun people and we love to dine out, try newrestaurants and money isn?t an option when we?re enjoying ourselves. We will return and try other items on the menu. I do wantto add, this being our first visit, we basically had to score our own table. The flair of this business, you?d think they?d hada server to seat you. So beware you have to find your own table. I think that?s the only bust with this restaurant. Read more

I cannot get enough of this place!! Easily the best burgers I?ve ever had! Their cinnamon rolls are amazing too! They have... rotating flavors of cinnamon rolls and I?m always so excited to see which flavor is next! I love their fries too! The service iswonderful, friendly and smooth. They get packed quick so come right when they open if you?re in a hurry. I really appreciate howattentive they are on their social media platforms and their website as well. As I?m writing this review the area is getting hitwith a blizzard. Biebs&Ash has made sure to update both social media and their website to make their customers are aware oftheir hours. They update their menu on their website constantly too so you always know what?s available when you visit. I highlyrecommend Biebs&Ash. I can tell they take pride in their craft and work very hard to make the customer experience beyondsatisfactory. Nice location in Goshen and a great setting. Hamburgers were excellent no done perfectly and the sides were good. Cinnamon rolls... were delicious. The only reasons I did not give this place a 5 star review is because the hours are not consistent and there isnot a lot of seating. We felt like we had to rush because people were staring us down and waiting on our table. Check hoursbefore you go. Read more

My wife tried this new restaurant in downtown Goshen today. The food was excellent. I had the Redhawk smash burger with Banger... fries. Wife had the old fashioned smash burger with regular fries. Food was well prepared and very good. Read more
