We usually enjoy Chili's, however there are not many choices, if you don't want Southwest & Margaritas. They have those two in... abundance. Everything was doused. I enjoy this in general, but we went with a group & had a poor experience. Our server was notbusy but unable to take care of us. My husband got his brisket quisadillas (tasty choice) when we were all almost ready toleave. He seemed a laid-back guy with no urgency to check on the food or drinks, which they kept bringing incorrect ones... Mysalmon was mushy, broccoli cold but a couple people ordered cheesecake that they said was delicious. They aren't exceptionallypricey, which is appreciated. Perhaps Chilis needs more time to get back to it's prime, with food choices & service. Read more
Chilis used to be great, now its hit or miss. Sometimes I have awesome services and the food it great. Other times I have rude... waitresses that sit on the table top to take my order. And the chicken is old and dry. But most the time I have to wait for overa half hour even though the dinning room is empty because either there is no wait staff, or the hostess just doesn't greet youat the door till your already waiting for 10 minutes. All I know is apple bees and BBWW I can walk in get seated right away,and get my food fast and the service is always great! Read more
38 minutes. That's how long we sat in this Chili's but we only got soft drinks. We had complained to the staff and asked to... speak to the manager but to no avail. The waitress was polite and explained we were seated during shift change. Also, the stafflooked unhappy and another family left without being served at all. Read more
Great food for good prices. Service at this location I have found to be lacking. The wait times for a table are long and the... friendliness of the host staff leaves a lot to be desired. Most recently, after waiting 45 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon wewere seated at a table in a section where the waitress was not yet at work. After 15 minutes I flagged down a random waitresswho then stepped up and took our table, even though it wasn?t even near her section. This waitress was wonderful and shereceived a tip that reflected her work ethic, attitude, and cheerful demeanor. The rest of the visit went very well thanks toher and the food was delicious as expected. 4-2-22 I will update this review with further visits to gauge if this is the norm ora fluke. Read more

I have been to a few Chili's locations before. This one was not incredibly outstanding, but it was very clean and the service... was wonderful. There are options for the whole family for dinner and drinks ;). I got the fajitas which come with tons of extrasif you ask. (The queso was definitely worth the upgrade) with good food and great service, you can't go wrong! Read more
