We ate at Lux cafe twice during our visit to Goshen. Both times the restaurant was very busy, but we had no wait and were served... promptly. Servers were attentive re filling coffee and water, and they were friendly! The food was excellent! I got crepes oneday and eggs Benedict on another day. Both were done properly and were tasty and hot! All the food came out hot and steamingfrom the kitchen! This place has quality food and service and they have their business running like a well oiled machine! I lookforward to going back to visit my family in Goshen, and visiting this place again! A very good Greek diner. Great food and great service. I had the Babalou omelette without the peppers, hashbrowns, and slice of... French toast. Had orange juice and coffee to drink. The quality of the chorizo in the omelette was very good. My table wasbussed while I was in the bathroom, and the guy that bussed my table was indifferent about it, but the manager handled it. Super place! Wonderful food, and very friendly service! Breakfast or lunch it good! I enjoyed the Hawaiian Omelet, Blueberry... Crepe. My wife enjoyed the Asparagus & Mushroom Skillet. Early morning is very busy, but worth the short wait. Read more
Currently very disappointed. I've eaten here a few times in the past and can't recall this place being remarkable besides that... they seemed to stay fairly busy. On this last occasion however I can honestly say I'd have rather stayed home. The food Iordered was okay at best. The staff seemed to just be milling about rather than getting anything accomplished. Was anything bad?No. But it just wasn't good enough to justify hanging out for as long as it took to get my order. Would I eat here again? Onlyif someone insisted we eat here. Read more
The bananas foster french toast and veggie skillet were both AMAZINGLY delicious! Lux offers a variety of options on their menu... and the place is always full yet I have never had to wait to be seated. I highly recommend! Read more
I stopped to eat at Lux while traveling through the area. The wait staff was friendly and fast. I really enjoyed the french... fries; the crispy coating made them some of the best I?ve eaten recently. Unfortunately, the bread on my sandwich tasted a bitoff. I thought I just wasn?t used to eating rye and dismissed it? my stomach later confirmed the bread was in fact bad. Therestaurant was also very loud, and that took some of the enjoyment out of my meal. Read more
