McDonald's Corporation either step in and rescue this place or DEMAND THEY SHUT DOWN. Rude service, under trained staff,... inaccurate orders if not completely wrong. Repeated my order 3 times, we were told the pop machine was down so no drinks, forour food and they forgot one part of the order. The receipt got cut off and the lady at the window wanted to argue with us. Thewe got the food and there was no sauce in either meal. Fries were soggy, nuggets cold. All in all, just bad. Read more
This was the absolute worst experience at a McDonald?s ever! My husband and I ordered from someone who couldn?t speak or... understand English (which wasn?t a problem) until they completely messed up our order and when we tried to have them fix it themanager said ? I?m not stupid I know what you want!? They gave us ice cold lattes in hot cups that we?re supposed to be HOT!Then told us after that the hot coffee wasn?t working. Pretty poorly ran McDonald's. From the start, the wait to place an order in drive thru to actually receiving your order can be... dreadfully long. This locations been going down hill the last 5 years shut down a few times, between bug infestations, septicsystem backing up problems, low quality of food prepared and rude, poorly trained and unprofessional teenagers with nosupervisor or adult, for starters,to keep accountability for each stations flow of product, stocked, and cleaned.. If this smalltown had more to choose from this McDonald's wouldn't be in business. Sadly, McDonald's is 1of 4 fast food chains in town. Read more
This place is hit or miss. Bagels are finally back so I tried them again and they are out of bagels. Next time was good. The... time after that the bagel was good but the hashbrown was only cooked half way. It was very obvious just from the color yet theysent it anyway. It was disgusting and I through it out after one bite. If you do go. Only use the drive through. They justignore everyone on the inside. I waited about ten minutes before getting in my truck and using the drive through. Read more
The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because there are no options for a lower rating. I was in the right drive through lane... and watched 3 cars go through the left lane and no one trying to take orders in my lane. after three cars I decided to pullaround and hope to place my order. When I reached the drive through window I was met with a RUDE girl who said she was themanager and REFUSED to take my order. I asked for the manager and she said it was her. Asked her name and she refuse to give itto me. Asked for her bosses name and she said she wasn't allowed to give out any contact information for anyone. I askedrepeatedly to place my order and she flat out refused. This store is notorious for issues and has been for a couple years. Ionly stop here because it is conveniently located bit NO MORE. I see this place only has a 2 1/2 star rating and I understandwhy. I passed on all the other issues experienced over the past couple years but this one was just plane rude and refused totake my order. I hope the owner sees this post as I would love to talk to you and explain what a worthless manager you have andhow she is driving business away. Read more
They didn't care to make my order right. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with extra cheese and extra crispy bacon... and the bacon is super flimsy the biscuit is really hard and to top it off we ordered two large caramel frappes with extraespresso and there is absolutely no expresso in the drinks. Drink machine wasn't working. There were no seat tents at the kiosk, and it wouldn't let you complete your order until you... entered a seat tent number. The machine wouldn't give me a receipt so I didn't know my order number. I said 'excuse me' to getsomeone's attention, and 3 separate employees looked my way, then walked away. Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat and there was nothing quick about it. One of the front keyask was down and the other... bearly worked. Didn't even print our receipt. Had to run our card x2 becuase it would freeze freeze. One guy was moppingbehinds the counter same spot for the 15 min. We waited. And the girl or manager was talking to another guy... all 3 rightbehind the front counter. Never offered our drinks as we stood there and watched. Not even a hello or eye contact to us. And yetthese are the ppl who want 15 an hr. The soda machine was out if 3 of its sodas. And no tea was made. Honestly will never stopback by that store. Read more
