Just went and ordered 2 meals. One was supposed to be a spicy crispy chicken deluxe meal. Not only was it not a spicy sandwich,... it had a completely burnt chicken patty. Terrible. Read more
I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Four different workers looked at me, but nobody... acknowledged that I was there. Two of the workers walked right by me as they returned to work from a break. I finally justwalked out. I don't think I'll be returning. Read more

They didn't have the shakes we ordered and wouldn't give us a refund. They did not tell us they did not have our items prior to... us paying them. They gave us McFlurry's instead, even after persisting on a refund. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, adifferent worker came and asked us to remind her what we ordered because the first woman was nowhere to be found. I really donot understand what the problem with being refused a refund is, but this same thing happened at Taco Bell once before. Read more
I'd take stars away if I could this was the absolute worst service. I ordered 3 food items 2 drinks inside at kiosk, no receipt... printed. 40 minutes later, no order. Now late getting back to work asked for refund. No apologies no I'll get it now onlycomplaining from worker about stopping what she was doing to issue refund. Thank you McDonald's for nothing! Food was decent. The fries were almost perfect. However there sandwich was rather smashed by the time it got to me. The Mcflurry... wasn't stirred well at all. The restrooms were in a wreck, even though the sign proclaimed that they were checked every halfhour. Read more
