Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes, get to the speaker, order food and get to the window and they have no idea what our order... was. This place is a joke and so are the employees. Went to get some French fries from this McDonald?s today and Demetria refused to... take my coupon code. Slammed the window shut in my face and refused me service. Clearly she hates her job. Don?t work incustomer service if you can?t even service your customers. I had to go to the next window and finally Stacey took my order mycoupon code and apologized for demetrias behavior. This girl is not only making McDonald?s look bad but the entire gas stationas a whole. When you start letting your employees slam the window shut and refuse service because they are having bad days andor upset with their life?s you start to loose customers. My girlfriend and I will both be contacting your corporate office inregards to Demetria?s poor customer service skills. Ordered ahead on the app and paid. They didn't receive the order for some reason and refused to honor the order. The Manager... was incredibly rude. I understand that they were busy but don't be rude and actually honor our order. Not happy at all. Theentire episode wasted almost a half hour. Read more
Sitting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes and nobody was taking orders. Thought maybe it wasn't open, no went inside and there... were a ton of people inside that looked like they didn't even work there. Nobody was wearing a headset, nobody was wearing auniform. When we were giving our order the lady took part of our order and then made us sit and wait for a few minutes then never rang up... our order so we had to reorder. Then, when we got to the window the lady really didn?t know what she was doing looked superconfused potentially rang us up twice then manages to give us the wrong food then got mad when we gave it back. Super rudeworker overall. Didn?t show professional skills what so ever. I ordered a large iced coffee got a medium and taste like justvanilla and milk was put in it no coffee. Updating my review to reflect more recent service, the worst of which was last night 8/7/22. The funny thing is, the look on the... old man?s face when he handed us the bag said it all, we just didn?t know it yet. The food was old, cold, dry and justdisgusting. He knew he was handing out old food, but he did it anyway. When we tried to call there was no phone number to befound. The only McDonald?s for miles without a number listed. When I finally found a number, it was disconnected. Imagine, abusiness like McDonald?s without a published phone number. Must?ve had it turned off or changed because of all the complaintcalls. Worst customer service you will find. Waited 30 min. to order with no other guests in front of me. No one would come take my... order. Tried the kiosk and no table markers to complete order. After someone finally came to counter I explained and theygrumbled at me and said "whatever, you can just order now." Reciept barely printed, and when asked for a better print I was toldthat's just how they print. I needed a legible copy for work reimbursement. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Read more
