I?ve only had a few minor issues here, NEVER gotten sick from their food but have gotten the wrong crust a few times. The staff... seems extremely nice every time I am in there except for one lady who I believe is a manager. She is always rude and gets mad ifyou don?t tip on a pick up order. (Older lady with dark short hair) Very unprofessional I don?t see how she is a manager at allI guarantee people quit because of her. I would give five starts if I didn?t have TWO encounters with her that were bothunpleasant but other than that everyone else is amazing. The food is good. Read more
So I totally messed up my address. Very easy to do in our neighborhood many streets named the same thing just different address.... Anyway this location did me a huge help! I called right away once I noticed my app said it was delivered and I took a lookoutside and it wasn't there. Frist thing I did was look at the address I input to the app, it was wrong. My fault, thankfullythe person at the store who answered called the delivery driver and asked if they had delivered my order yet. He didn't. I wasnext on the list of deliveries. Thanks goodness the lady at the store was willing to help me and call the driver to make thecorrections of my address And I received my order during the snow storm tonight. This really touched my heart. With whathappened with their other location this week in the news. Plus I am a general manager I deal with these issues as well on adaily basis. We ordered 2 pizzas , 1 pep and one sausage. Sent my daughter to get it and they messed up and gave her 2 sausage pizza, simple... mistake right, yes well atleast we thought. We literally asked to exchange one for a pep and she instantly started yelling andsaying she didn't make a mistake and that if we come inside or back to the store she will call the police. Never even gave us achance to show her the order online because that's where we ordered, she was so ride and disrespectful and we couldn't get ourmoney back or anything. Papa John's lost a customer from this location. My order was left out side my house on the ground 5 feet from my door in... freezing whether and they never even knocked to let me know it was there. I called twice to complain and was hung up on bothtimes by the manager. I contacted support and I was never contacted, that was two weeks ago. Other than this time the pizzas arealways over or under done, or just wrong. If you order a drink call to remind them because they never give it to you. Read more
Seriously don?t go here. I love Papa John?s but will not order from this place again. Waited for my pizzas in store for 30... minutes after I ordered online 30 min before that. Went in because it said it was ready. Went to pick it up. They told me it wasstill not ready. Noticed that the same two pizzas stayed in the rack the entire time I was there and come to find out those weremine and they lost the third pizza and didn?t bother to check into that until after I asked them about if for the 3rd time. Itold them I wanted to get a refund for the third and leave. Manager said they couldn?t give me a refund, just store credit - andI left without even making sure I got store credit because now I?m super late to where I need to go. Have never had issues withthe one in downtown Goshen. I will never order from this store again. Read more
