This location has been updated. When you walk in you place your order at one of 4 kiosks. Then you seat yourself and they call... your order number when your food is ready. I like the change in ordering. But this leads to the dining area being off the radarand going uncleaned. Window ledges and tables need to be wiped down regularly. Read more

SLOW!!!!! They have 10 patrons in this place (5 tables - 2 people at each table). Waited 42 minutes for two burgers. If I hadn't... already paid would have said forget it and left!. Finally got the food - top buns were ice cold which made burger seem barelywarm when you bit into it. Tables look like they haven't been cleaned all day. Will NOT be back! Read more

Food was good. Would be nice if tables were wiped down every once in awhile. Napkins and ketchup and utensils needed refilled.... Ordered online and it gave a time that it should be ready and waited 30 minutes past the pickup time and even then I had to tellthem I was there for online order and they had to make it. Then waited another 10 minutes for my shake. Read more

Since the restaurant we visited went to self service; they are trying to make a buck. The food quality is the same as it used... to be and the fries are so thin that you have trouble tasting them. I had a chocolate shake which was chunky. They stoppedmaking malts, which I always liked. You pre-paid for the food and when it was ready a lady set it on a counter. I didn't knowthat my order was setting there until I had to ask if in fact that was my order. Read more

The flags reads... lobby is open. BUT THE DOOR WHERE LOCKED. There was employee's walking around. There was nothing on the doors... to say the the lobby was closed. There was 3 cars in the drive through. So we ended up eating at Wings Ect. Read more

Okay I don't know the name of the supervisor who was working at 2:45 p.m. on Sept 30 but I tell you what, that is the man you... want making your burgers! They were backed up quite a bit and when we walked in, it took them about 10 min to come take ourorder. The supervisor eventually came out and helped them get caught back up. He went straight to the grill and scraped it offand began cooking. I'm no time after about 15 of waiting we got our food and it was good. He was efficient and also followedprotocols. I did an online order and I ordered a Frisco melt without sauce because I have certain food allergies.. don't really want to... risk a reaction. It even said on the receipt no sauce. The food got here and the sandwich was covered in sauce, it honestlylooks like there was extra sauce.. so I can't even eat the sandwich. Read more

Every table is dirty and the seats and floor are sticky. The bathroom is disgusting, and despite the 25 signs telling you the... dining room is open, the self order kiosks were not working yet, and the men installing them completely ignored us. The staffbehind the counter did as well, and when I did get his attention, he was cooking as well as taking orders. The computer systemwas not working the first time, so he had to fix it before taking our order. The food was good, but doesn't make up foreverything else. Read more
