Even though they were very very busy, the manager was treating her team with care and respect, and the team was working together... very hard and communicating well. I just stopped by your restaurant here in Goshen, and despite the sign saying that you were open until 1:00 a.m., there was... nobody around at 10:16 p.m. to take my order or offer service of any kind. Not sure where the staff was at, but there was stuffgetting cooked in the kitchen with nobody around. Read more
Slowest taco bell ever, period! They have one employee I noticed that actually tries to do a good job. She must be some kind of... manager. As I waited, she ran around doing a part of every job. Cook, cashier, and bag. Most of the others just stood aroundtalking to each other. Maybe something was going on that I didn't know about but I looked pretty ridiculous. Read more
Online says they open at 7 got there at 7:50 and they informed us they didn?t open until 8 . We left and came back at 8:00 and... they said they wouldn?t be opening for another 20 min because there eggs weren?t ready yet! So I park my 40 foot wrecker so I can grab a bite to eat. Walk up to the door that says dine in open well it was locked. So I... then wait in line on foot as I am use to doing since this covid deal start. I get to the window just to be told legally, yesthey used legally we can't serve you on foot in the drive thru. But was quick to open the lobby when I asked about the sign buthad to wait 10 min. What a joke the manger was rude as well and the punk working the window even had enough nerve to comment infront of me "glad I got all them cars out of the drive thru." Keep in mind they had 5 to 6 employee working while the lobby wasclosed at 4:45 pm also the tables where dirty floors not clean.
