The service was fairly fast, and the burgers were delicious as always. However, the new dining layout is a bit of a joke.... Whoever designed it apparently patterned it after a coffee shop, and it's simply impractical for a fast food restaurant. Read more
Went there three times during our vay-cay RV stay. Order was right, but food wasn't very hot, fries and chix nugg'ts were hardly... warm. Once we took the fries back in they were so bad. Longest wait times of any Wendys... and that's my go to place when eat'non the road. Read more
Ordered pickup through the app. Paid like $46 for 4 people. My order was all wrong!! Gave me the small single burgers, instead... of double baconaters and stuff. Went back and I will say the guy who helped me was real cool and took care of thingsimmediately. I figured they were training a new person. So no big deal. Tried 2 weeks later with delivery. Ordered a Southwest Chicken salad. Not sure what you would call what I got, but there was NO avocado and NO "Applewood" smoked... bacon--just some chicken on old lettuce with BLACK SPOTS, and a sprinkling of diced tomatoes and shredded cheese. UNappetizing.Wife's taco salad was complete as advertised, but had those special spotted greens in the lettuce mix, too. Tried the new Italian chicken sandwich. Looked pretty freakin good, got one for me and my husband. Didn't realize my total... would 25 dollars for 2 combos. Said to myself this sandwich better be worth it. Got home, opened the wrapper. Completelydisappointed. Didn't even look like a garlic knot bun, couldn't even taste it. Tasted more like a regular bun. The chicken wasvery dry, the sauce was only on one side. It was cold. My husband had the same problem with his sandwich. Went straight to thetrash. Only thing satisfying was the fries. Read more
