Our server was great, and sincerely nice and professional. But instead of being greeted in any way upon entry, the other woman... working there takes forever to ask us anything at all or greet us; instead, after ignoring us, without smiling or any otherpreamble, she barks " do u have a reservation?" No hello, no smile, not interested at all in us. Couldn't care less. Our server,the other of the 2 women, did her best; place had 5 tables empty when we got there, and 2 people running the whole place. Nowater, no place settings, no salt shakers, and I had to beg for a glass of water that I stood at the bar for for 7 minutes whilethe negative manager ignored me. Our server was very good, and the burgers were great. The manager, though, after telling us wehave an hour before we have to vacate the table for the reservation of 6 an hour after we arrived, grudgingly allowed us a tablen treated us with open disdain. Great place for a casual lunch, the tacos, nachos and duck were really good. And they play 90s grunge music, which I didnt... really like back in the 90s, but when compared with what passes for music now, it is awesome. Read more
I went there tonight, service was terrible, waitress didn't even introduce herself AFTER I told her MY name! Asked for 3 medium... -well NY strip steaks They all came out burnt on the outside and medium inside! Left a burnt nasty taste in my mouth IN ALL OFOUR MOUTH'S!!!!! Waitress didn't apologize for any wrong doings she seemed annoyed THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT SPENDING MY HARDWORKED EARNED MONEY ON BS!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The service that we received today for our delivery was somehow more disappointing than the food we... were complaining about. As someone who has worked as a waitress and knows the customer is always right, I'm shocked by how myhusband was treated when complaining about how our food showed up and how it tasted. I had a pleasant experience in therestaurant a few months ago and have been looking forward to ordering delivery from here. We ordered through Slice. I ordered asteak taco for nearly $5 and was very underwhelmed when it showed up as four pieces of salty steak on a tiny tortilla. Myhusband's sliders were both overcooked and unpleasant to eat. (See photos) When my husband put in the order for a grilledchicken sandwich on the app, he wrote in the notes to put all the toppings on the side. Instead it showed up with all thetoppings on it. When he called to complain, the explanation given was that the kitchen "didn't know what that meant" and madethe decision to disregard the note entirely and send us a sandwich slathered in toppings. I feel "put it to the side" is veryclear and used quite often in many MANY other restaurants. It was reiterated that if he used the word "plain" the kitchen mayhave understood. However, it was disrespectful that they didn't reach out to clarify (or google what "put it on the side"meant.) Its extremely unfortunate for my mother who we ordered the sandwich for because there was cheese on it and she islactose intolerant. Instead of them taking responsibility for messing up, my husband partook in arguments about what "toppings"were. They did offer to swap the sandwich but my husband had to drive out there to get it, which defeats the purpose of orderingdelivery. One of my favorite places. Best menu around and fair prices. Food is great. Beer selection is good. The last 3 or 4 times here... the service was slow and we get an unwelcoming vibe. I see other reviews stating the same. I hope they get it together so we cancontinue to enjoy. Read more

we went here for early dinner on saturday night and everyone we were with said the food was delicious. had the flatbread with... goat cheese, ham and apples and this was so scrumptious.definitely a destination after a day at legoland Read more
So disappointed in this place recently. I ordered margarita pizza and salad on slice for delivery. My pizza actually had rancid... mozzarella on it that was so foul tasting and spoiled I had to spit it out. The sauce was old and sour from being in the fridge.I tried to eat just the crust but it was so burnt that the crust was no longer pliable. The salad was just okay. Missing thecheese and had such a minuscule piece of steak for $12 additional dollars I was so disappointed. They also kindly added the endsof the cucumber with the stem attached which was an enjoyable treat and demonstration of pure laziness. This place use to begood but is no longer due to lack of business (new place opened next door) and obviously a lack of caring. I would avoid if Iwere you! Just hoping I don’t get sick now. Read more
